Grime Scene Carpet and Upholstery

Grime Scene ruined my carpet with their process. I had to replace all the carpet. The owner of Grime Scene was very uncaring and in no way offered to remedy the situation. He did take the initiative to make up several lies and say many bad things about his customer. I guess the 100% satisfaction guaranty is not for the customer but for the business. The owner seemed 100% satisfied with the way he treated me!

I have hired them for 3 years now to clean my house carpet and a business where I am janitor. Before Grime Scene, I had a chemical company clean and in my opinion, all they did was re-arrange the dirt. Grime Scene extracts the dirt. I've always been satisfied. They take their time and work at all the high trafffic areas. Their system is truck mounted so that it has high power and can get the water very hot for ultimate cleaning power. The cleaners they use leave no residue. They have done a great job year after year for us. They are easy to contact since they keep their phone with them at all times. They may cost a little more than other companies but it is worth it.

PROS: High quality cleaning, modern high-powered equipment
CONS: Cost
