I really love hanging out here. It's a great night out, whether with friends or with a date. The food and drinks are great, and the atmosphere is really unique and fun. I always have a good time when I come, and have never had a bad experience!

My spouse and I went to have a drink we live right down the street and all I wanted was a glass of wine. A clearly very intoxicated man started talking to us and ordered a shot ( they deff should not of served him). he repeatedly asked where his girlfriend was when I said I do not know since we have never meet he poked at me and called my a F-ing Bch. The security came over after my other already calmed the guy down and told us we had to leave, we said we were not with him and we stayed as well as they did not kick out the drunk man. He did the same thing again, and my spouse tried to get the drunk man to leave and lead him outside, when the man wouldn't leave we gave up, wanted to go finish the drinks we paid for and leave. They security would then not let us back in, we explained him again what happened and all he could say is that there were no drinks left ( which ours were full ) but the drunk was still inside. He was very rude, guess he thought he was a Hollywood security so he can treat others with disrespect, but I like to remind that he is at Lucky Strike.Ill stick to my dive bars where the rude drunks are the ones who get kicked out.

If you just want to bowl, this is probably the most expensive place in town to do it. However, if you want to hang out with friends in a place with good ambience, have a few drinks, and maybe bowl a couple of games, this place is as good as any. The food is mediocre, but don't fret, you're at the Hollywood and Highland complex, so there are better eats just a few feet away.

Lucky Strike is very cool - a bowling alley with a hollywood flair. It's pretty fancy and also pretty expensive, but the fancy lanes make it an experience that's worth it - espeically if you have visitors in town.

THis place tries very hard to be bigger than ordinary. Music, food, dancing, etc. The big effort reflected on their prices, however, as this place is more expensive than ordinary bowling alleys. Bring a date here, or special friends for a special night out, but dont choose this place as a regular hang out.

This place is cool. But almost too cool. The prices are really high and there is a dress code on weekend nights. Whoever heard of that. Having a cool bar atmosphere is a definite advantage, but who wants to bowl in club attire? Great for a corporate event, bad for a casual night of Kingpin.

This is not your grandfather's bowling alley. It's got a definite club vibe: dark and intimate with a sleek design. It's trying to make bowling cool, and achieves it.

Fun place for private parties or just hanging out with friends. Management is VERY accomodating for private parties!! After 9pm, it's a night club atmosphere.

Bowling + DJ + Bar = Hollywood Bowling. Funky, hip bowling, but crowded.
