Metro Glass Block Inc

Had new basement windows installed, during the installation my home was damaged. I asked for the cost of the repair. They refused and are rude when I call. They do not return my calls either. I would find another company. The average rating fro this company is a single star on every site I have been to. Wish I did more research before I hired this crew. To top it off the windows are a little crooked.

i called and wanted some information and the secretary was very rude and not very professional. how do they expect to get business when the secretary is rude. i would not recommend this company to anyone until they get more professional people answering there phones

The Owner is out right rude and pushy. When he did my job he asked for money up front and I paid. I left to pick up my kids and they were gone. They finished the job after putting in a broken air vent in the wrong place. On top of that they stoled a prescription of mine. I called the owner Jerry and he told me to F#?@ Off! and that his warranty doesn't cover that and that he fired the crew so I'm out of Luck.

Replace your old basement windows with glass blocks from Metro Glass Block Inc. They are beautiful and much safer than the old style windows.
Glass blocks also make a great and unusal bar in the basement or family room.
Take a ride out and see for yourself before doing a new project.
