Purchased a 47 " LCD Phillips TV at Sams Club. With the 1st one after the TV had been on for a while we would get a loud static sound. We would turn it off and back on and volume would be ok. Then it would do it again and again. Took that one back and got a new one. This one is doing the same thing. Electronic Services came a picked up the TV in Sept, said it was fixed and delivered it back. Within a day it was the static sound returned. I called to have them look at it, they said Phillips was not paying them for the parts and they would not come out until they received payment from Phillips.
Called Phillips they recommended another repair company. That company said to check with DirectTV. Tried several changes including a new receiver and the TV is still doing the same thing. Tried to call Electronic Svcs and their phone number is no longer a working number. I would not recommend either company or product.

This was a nice experience working with Electronic Services of VA. The staff was very knowledgeable and seemed liked they cared about my problem. The set was repaired same day and done right the first time. I would use again!!

Very fast turnaround time! The TV set was promised in one week and was ready the very next day!! These guys know what they are doing. I am very impressed and would recommend them to anyone who needs professionals in their house. They cleaned up behind themselves and was very courteous to my dog who kept going behind the set with the tech (Sam)...I would highly recommend them.

Very professional service with quick turnaround. Knowledgeable staff who seemed to care about my problem with the TV. Would highly recommend!! They were clean and polite during the entire repair process. Set was under warranty, so I don't know about their labor pricing, but they do advertise Free Estimates!!

Great Service!! My 42" Plasma TV died 1 month before the 1 year warranty ran out. John came to my home and picked up my set. He said he would need to carry my set in and would return it in a couple of days. The same afternoon, Marvin called and explained the repair to me. The very next day, John called to return the set. Not only did he reconnect everything better than I had it before, but he explained how to setup the picture for best High Definition picture. Thanks Electronic Services for the help. Keep up the good work!

As I read the other two reviews, my heart just sank b/c now I feel like we'll never get our tv back! Like the first review, our brand new phillips tv broke after about 3 months. We brought it in, they "fixed" it, got it back. Broke again, brought it in, they "fixed" it, got it home, it didn't work. Brought it back...9 weeks ago. The only time I have heard from them is when I CALL. This "part-time" guy gives me some song and dance about ordering parts and how he's only part time and will call me back. Then most of the time he doesn't. I am so tired of dealing w/ them and WOULD NOT recommend them or go to them if we didn't HAVE to b/c they are Phillips mechanics. Sounds like Phillips is just shoddy all around w/ their products and those they employ to "fix things".

I called Electronic Services of Virginia and there in home service was a two week delay. So I opted to deliver the set my self. Once there I got a one week estimate and they said they would call me with the status. A week past and no call from them. I called and the part time help told me that I technician has not been assigned. Another week estimate was added they said that they would call me with the status. No call after the week that was promised. I had to call them. To make the long story short I had to call for status on my Television each time they promised to call me. When parts for my TV was received after a month of waiting, again with no status, they waited a week to install the part to see if it corrected the problem. Still no status. Non the less Electronic Service of Virginia still has my TV, going on 45 days now. I'm not very confident that It will be repaired, nor will the shop call me, for the first time since the had my TV, with any status.R/Kelvin Graham

Since Electronic Services of Virginia is an authorized repair service center for my daughter's television and they are close by, I decided to take her TV to them to be fixed. The only problem I had was that it took 41 days to get it back. When I dropped of the set I was told it would take about a week. I called several times to check on it and was told each time that they were waiting on parts. It's working fine, but I don't think I would use them again.
