Willamette Dental

I don't know where to start since this place is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a dental office. I go to the Olympia office and between their incompetent front office and the retards at the call center, they have managed to cancel a root canal appt without my knowledge and caused me two emergency visits to patch the tooth up while I waited two freaking months for a reschedule. Maybe I should send THEM a bill for canceling my appt, and having to take off work three times? If you ever need emergency work good luck. You could be doubled over in pain and they'll tell you to take a stupid advil and they'll get you in next week or 10 days later (yes, 10 days).

I have been trying to get in for implants, crowns and a bridge for two years and am still maybe 20% of the way through the process. I am now requesting my records and going elsewhere to pay out of pocket for the costs.

Willamette Dental is the biggest bunch of bozos I have ever run into. The Dr.'s are ok but they need to hire more people so it doesn't take 3 months to get an appt. and fire every loser at the call center. I just don't have the words at what a horrible operation they run!

I'm sure they are wonderful and do everything you need perfectly and with no pain whatsoever.

Very good Dentists but don't seem to stay very long. Accounting is terrible and not very responsive when trying to work our a problem with the billing. Doesn't sent out monthly statements to show what has been paid by the insurance or the patron.

The dentists are really good. They hygenists vary. Some barely see you sitting in the chair, and gossip with their co-workers. Others do a much better job. The big problem I have with Willamette, is that they do not let you make many scheduled appointments. There is a max of 3, with different issues (e.g. crown, rootcanal, cavity) Some dr's, like the dentist needed for rootcanals, are so in demand, that you have to wait months and months before you can even make an appointment, that is scheduled yet again months out.

Our dental insurance recommended this office for our dental care and from the first time I called to make appointments the staff was very freindly. Then dentist who treated my husband and I was very considerate of our individual needs. My children will be seen at this same clinic in the near future by different dentists in the office.

PROS: good parking, great hours, friendly staff
CONS: none
