I had heard the stories but never believed it. However, I do now. I seen how unprofessional he can be. Complaints get filed at the hospital but no one listens. He is quite the whore dog that people said he was. I was shocked. He needs to quit screwing nurses and be a professional. The way he talks about patients please how unprofessional. The way he jokes about some of the patient's in just cruel. Patients need to start filing complaints with the medical board!

From personal experience, I think the man is very unprofessional. When I was his patient in the hospital all I heard from the nursing staff was the staff members he was currently sleeping with. Not just staff but rumored patients at one time or another. He gave me a feeling of a very unstable mental status. I will never see him again or refer him to anyone I know. Not only am I embarrassed that I ever had him as a doctor, but of the fact that so many staff knew his personal life style. As a Doctor he didn't or couldn't give me many answers, he didn't seem to know what to do for my case, I had to go to Charleston to get the help I needed. The doctor there simply stated that Dr Spychalski is simple that he should listen better to his patients and to have more respect for them as well. Maybe he should keep his personal life quiet as well.

I have three children, and Dr. Spy takes care of all of them promptly and efficiently. He bases a lot of his care on practical knowledge, raising his own kids, and that eases my mind as well. He responds immediately and courteously to after-hours calls, and he's not one of these "wait until they're sick for a week before we treat it" guys. I love the fact that he's young and an active parent so he understands reality -- and that it hasn't been too many years since med school so he knows the latest info too! Love this guy-- and if you end up with his partner Dr. Cruz once in awhile, she's just as good. HIGHLY recommend this practice.

Dr. Spychalski in my opinion is one of the finest I have ever dealt with. He cares and he shows it. He listens and makes you feel like a person not a number. He comes in pulls over a stool and wants to know what's been going on since the last visit? Any new problems? How are the meds working? He is always pleasant and makes me feel well taken care of.
He has called me personally at home twice to give me good news. His nurse Angie is as caring as he is. I have an adrenal mass a cavernous angioma in my left temporal lobe and a pheochromocytoma all of these things could cause problems at any time and Angie has stayed after office hours at times just waiting to get reports so she could calll me and ease my mind. With Dr. Spy and Angie in my corner I know I will be fine. They are always there for me
I know several other people who are also patients of Dr.Spy and I have never heard a bad thing about him. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone who ask me if I know a good doctor. I know the best.

I went to the ER with (what I thought was) gas pain that I couldn't get rid of. The ER doc thought it might be my appendix, but the CAT scan didn't show it. The surgeon didn't want to operate without seeing it, but Dr. Spy was sure, and he had me admitted and pumped me full of antibiotics & steroids just in case it ruptured before something else could be done, which it did. My experience might have been much more life threatening. THANK YOU Dr. Spy!
