Stay away from this place! We drove over three hrs to look at a vehicle we had found on auto trader after contacting Nate, only to find them selling it out from underneath us and asking us to have a bidding war with the other costumer. Initially, we contacted Nate and he said he would hold the vehicle for us. My husband and I decided to take a road trip to look the vehicle over and possibly purchase it. We were on the phone with Nate for much of the trip, making sure all was good and letting him know our status only to get to the dealership and he was selling it to someone else. When walking in on him and another sales man, I overheard them talking about the truck and how they shouldn't let anyone drive it due to some type of leaky hose. Be advised they will try to screw you at every corner.

Every time you call you get someones voice mail. I'm glad we only take our work trucks to this place. I wouldn't take any person vehicles here to get any work done.

was having a bad day, went to the car dealership, the salesman found me the perfect car with everything I wanted, low miles, leather, etc. the best part was the price. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, they were more than fair on my trade in, actually generous and gave me a great deal on the used car I bought. No Pressure !!! I love my car and will buy from this dealership again.

I bought a Ford truck in 2002, had no problems. Bought a Toyota Tundra in 2005, no problem. The paint is excellent on my Toyota. I recommend RM Ford Toyota to everyone. The service is great and no pressure during either of my purchases. I will not buy a vehicle anywhere else.

we have filed a paperwork with the consumer reports out of tallahassee. we received the response from roundtree moore dealership in lake city, florida. it has now changed to something spilled on the paint job per chuck. remember honest chuck, whom works there? it has changed from acid rain, garage oil and of course, trees. he stated our insurance should pay not his employer. this is so sad. we are going to get documentation from outside, not Toyota's employees, to write what they see as the problem with the poor paint job and we will be filing a claim against roundtree moore. you must stand for what is right and not blame the insurance company for your problem. please do not buy a car that looks good but has a poor paint job. i'll try to help others with the same problems. i'll keep you posted. the consumer compliant also feels Toyota roundtreemoore have not worked with us and will file the report as CM.

I purchased a black Camry 2008 in October 2007, since April 2008 I have noticed the paint on the hood, cab and trunk section has continued to have problems. when i took my car back to the dealership on may 27 and may 28, 2008 to report the problem, i was told first it was hydraulic oil dripping from my garage door opener that had caused the problem, after telling them i did not have a garage, I was told I was parking under trees which I do not park under trees. we own four other vehicles which are parked beside my vehicle, they show no damage. chuck later said it was ACID RAIN. what's next? I have called the Toyota's 800 number for help since i have received none from this dealership.

Stopped in New Years Eve with a car flashing air bag signal, odometer flailing and engine hesitation drving from Tampa to Atlanta. After $48 and 40 minutes finding nothing sent me along. In Lake Park GA (20 mi) dropped $84 to replace original Nissan battery age 10. New Year Day dropped $225 in Shelby SC for fuses on way to NYC. Local garage here says original alternator does not hold charge above 2000 rpm. Another $ 300 they could have had, I will pray at mass for these people and moore importantly their customers.

This place has a great body shop with reasonable prices. They assist the customer in every way by locating the part, usually from several sources. The work is done on time and of excellent quality.We also get our oil changed here at an excellent price, and done fast,too

Everyone needs an oil change and this car dealership runs a coupon for a $12 oil change. In this day and age that's a great buy, plus it's a Ford dealership, so you know you have certified mechanics working on your vehicle with their work being guaranteed. They have also worked on our Ford vehicle that we bought at a different dealership that was under warranty. It took them 3 times to get it right, but they were persistent and did.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I took my diesel truck in to this dealership for an engine problem. They indicated it may be as long as 3 weeks before we could pick it up. When they had not even looked it by the 3rd day, I called Rountree service
