V.I.Pet Resort

Just got back from a business trip and picked up my pet Sasha. Once again the VIPet took care of my little baby. I love this place. Sasha is always so happy when we get there and the staff greet her as if she is part of their family. If you are looking for boarding - don't look anywhere else. This is by far the most clean and caring Resort I've ever seen.

I wouldn't let my dog Shelby stay anywhere but the VIPet Resort. When I am out of town I know that my baby is in a safe place. The staff is always warm, friendly and empathetic. There is never a problem when I call in to make a reservation nor when I drop off and pick up my dog. No other boarding facility compares. They are clearly the FIVE STAR Hotel of the Pet Boarding industry. I've been boarding there for years and I am a lifetime customer. Hats off to VIPet!!!!!!!!

I have not used this facility, yet, but it does seem rather pricey. Two walks a day and an extra charge for the play area, for the price, this seems exorbitant.

I boarded my dogs here & was somewhat satisified. The only negative things to mention is that only 2 walks are included with the rate. Don't most animals go out at least 3 times a day? I felt this was a tactic to charge you for an extra walk as it is definitely a necessity. It was also a big adjustment for my dogs to have their last walk between 7:30-8pm. I was disappointed that the staff were not as friendly when I called in 2x over the course of a week to check on my pets. They pointed out to me that my dogs were terrible at walking on leashes. I was not aware they would not use the leashes from home, but rather the "short" leashes they have on site. I felt like I was a bad pet owner after calling in.
Overall, this is a nice, clean place and I felt that my pets were safe here.

PROS: Clean and secure.
CONS: Extra charges, early

I have 2 dogs and would not board them any place but here. They have spent many nights here and I never worry about them. The owner and staff are so nice and know my dogs as soon as they walk in the door. The kennel is large and very clean. They walk the dogs daily and have an awesome play area so they can get plenty of exercise.
