I have used Rene's of La Jolla for several years now and would NEVER use anyone else! They have always done a good professional job and the prices are the best I have found.
I refer all my friends and neighbors to her.

Absolutely Terrible and BBB should be notified. 2 women were 45 minutes late; they were to clean for 2.5 hours. They stayed for 1 hr 15 minutes. I had to clean the floors after they left and nothing was dusted. I would NEVER use this company- they cheat you out of your money. When I called the alleged owner, she was extremely rude! I would NEVER suggest this company clean your house!!!!!!

I have used Rene's for over 3 years. While there has been occasional problems regarding individual workers, the office has always handled the problem to my satisfaction. For the last year, I have had the same cleaning team and they do an outstanding job.

I used Rene's of La Jolla on a regular basis for about a year. They always came on the scheduled days. I had 6 hours of work so there were usually 2-3 women cleaning. They worked quickly but were not thorough in their cleaning. Things got broken. There were areas not dusted and objects were dusted around rather than moved. And things on the floors were mopped around rather than moved as well. They often left bath mats and rugs just thrown to the side and not replaced where they had come from. Once they were wadded up in a pile in a bathtub. They spilled drops of bleach on my carpet on two different occasions... in areas that are highly visible. I was not always home when they came to clean but on the days that I was home, they always left before the scheduled amount of time was up...without telling me they were leaving. I wrote a letter to the company, cancelling the service and explaining why and I didn't get any response at all. Not the most professional.

I have used Rene's a number of times. The women always try to leave 15-20 minutes early. The do a decent job, but not a very thorough cleaning. I recommend finding someone you can count on to give you the time you pay for.

I have used Rene's for over a year now. They have always been available when I called for an appointment and always done an excellent job cleaning my home and provided both friendly and courteous service. I think that they are a good value for the money.
I suspect that the previous reviewer did not realize that she received four hours of service - two hours each from two women. I cannot speak to whether or not the coupon she used was misleading.

I had Rene's cleaning service come to my home the day before I was having a baby shower. I called them because I received a coupon in the mail for four hours of cleaning for $60. I thought that this was a good price for that amount of time so I scheduled a visit. Two women came and they were extremely friendly. They did a good job of cleaning the house, but they finished in under two hours. I thought that they would find other things to do (because Lord knows there was plenty) but they didn't. I thought that I was paying for the time, but I guess that they only do certain things for that $60. I think their coupon was misleading and next time I will try someone else.
