I met with Kim a couple times before my birth to discuss my hopes, wishes, and fears. I also called her after each appointment with my midwife, to update her on my progress. She was a sister, a mother, and a medical proffesional all wrapped up in one. She helped me to work through my fears and to remain present and on top of my contractions while in labor. I was able to hug my husband while Kim put the much needed pressure on my lower back. My husband felt comforted through my labor knowing Kim was there to help provide emotional and physcial support as well as a general medical knowledge of all things related to birth. Thank you Kim!

Kim Trower was my doula (professional labor assistant) for the birth of my son in July. It was my first birth experience and I had no idea what to expect. Kim offered support for months before and after our birthing. During the birth, Kim supported me and my husband through this amazingly LOOOOONG experience and helped us have the vaginal birth we were hoping for. If you want your birth to be something to remember in a positive way, I highly recommend her services.
