On my visit to Walmart, 1-22-08 Approx. time 5:00 pm. While shopping I couldn't help hearing the security going off quite frequently. After being checked out by a very cheery checker, I was on my way out when the security alarm went off. The canned voice said to step back in the store. Which I did and preceded to set the alarm off again. By then I noticed a line by the greeter desk, a man said I had to stand in line. The greeter, showed up and said she'd take care of me. She was very hostel. She asked if I had any cd's which I answered,"what?" I thought she was going to ask for my receipt. She took for granted that I was hard of hearing which, (I'm not.) Then yelled at me asking if I had a receipt which I promptly handed her. I then told her, she was rude, which she replied that she wasn't' t , she was making sure I could hear her. Now my question is, if I did have a hearing impairment, does that give her the right to yell? This employee needs to learn people skills. Also Walmart makes it impossible to email this complaint to them. You
have to quess which dept to send it to and keep getting a error message business notifiation email is in in valid.
