As a mother of three boys, in a single income family, I need to make my dollars stretch. In order to do this, I ad match. Recently when I went to this Walmart with my ad matches, I had the rudest! experience ever! I followed the rules, wrote the item down, weight limits, quantity limits, store sale was at, etc. When it came time to ring up my items, the cashier had a reason to deny every ad match! One item didn't specify if it was bone in or out in the ad, so she didn't feel comfortable giving it to me without manager approval, another was for Thursday only (even though the item was posted on the front of ad and it DID NOT say Thursday only) but because it was listed on theThursday specials she couldn't give it to me. Whatever. Then another item was only $0.01 less than the Walmart price so she gave me grief over that. I swear, the lady acted like I was trying to rob her!
After all the hasseling, I just left my stuff there on the belt and in the cart and left. I called the manager, she said she thought the cashier was rude also, and that they "would make it up to me". This was before Thanksgiving. Haven't heard from them since. Needless to say, I will NEVER, EVER go to that Walmart again.
And by the way, I went to the one on Thunderbird, VERY NICE!! No hassels at all! And I ended up getting ALL my ad matches, and still spent $300 there.

me and my husband both being diabled, we need the handicapped carts, each and every time we have been to this store, we have never once been able to have one, they did however have app. 9 of them all!!! broken not one to use, the store employees are very rude when asked if there are any working carts, we will not be doing business in a store that we cannot get around in, maybe they should fix the ones they have or get some new ones. They say talk to management, n they just say it is maintence that takes care of them, everyone puts the blame in someone elses court, why not just fix them.

I had a poor experience with a return. I e-mail the main customer service. I didn't even receive the courtesy of a response. While it's nice to have so much under one roof. I have found the customer service is sorely lacking

On my visit to Walmart, 1-22-08 Approx. time 5:00 pm. While shopping I couldn't help hearing the security going off quite frequently. After being checked out by a very cheery checker, I was on my way out when the security alarm went off. The canned voice said to step back in the store. Which I did and preceded to set the alarm off again. By then I noticed a line by the greeter desk, a man said I had to stand in line. The greeter, showed up and said she'd take care of me. She was very hostel. She asked if I had any cd's which I answered,"what?" I thought she was going to ask for my receipt. She took for granted that I was hard of hearing which, (I'm not.) Then yelled at me asking if I had a receipt which I promptly handed her. I then told her, she was rude, which she replied that she wasn't' t , she was making sure I could hear her. Now my question is, if I did have a hearing impairment, does that give her the right to yell? This employee needs to learn people skills. Also Walmart makes it impossible to email this complaint to them. You
have to quess which dept to send it to and keep getting a error message business notifiation email is in in valid.

I like Walmart, but this one is lacking in Customer service..alot of employees wondering around never enough cashiers. Lines are so long and yet managers never open lines to accommodate the wait of customers.
