The hotel has so much to offer! It's perfect for any occasion. The views are spectacular regardless of where you are - inside your room or out on the grounds. One of my favorites is the outside terrace dining during the Spring along with the Summer Series. The Summer Series brings outdoor entertainment, from swing dance to movies under the stars on the big screen, throughout the week. I've always had a wonderful experience whenever I have frequented the hotel.

I attended a wedding here over the summer and it was absolutely beautiful. The cocktail hour was out in the back of the hotel right on the water, and the room where the ceremony and reception were had gorgeous views. The food was excellent (which generally isn't the case at weddings), and I had a chance to see the bride's hotel room which was lovely. I've also had drinks in one of the bars here and holiday tea in one of the restaurants and have never been disappointed.

Beautiful hotel with spectacular water and city views. It is in the perfect location for enjoying the city. The water views are more expensive but the city view is fun if you like people watching. The hotel staff is always ready to cater to your every need. The rooms are very large with sitting area. Very expensive but perfect for that special occasion into Boston.

The Boston Harbor Hotel is truly a world class hotel. The location is wonderful and the harbor views are breathtaking. The service is exemplary. I have attended functions and meetings here and have always been impressed.

This hotel is extremely expensive. The location of this hotel couldn't be better. The room service food was delicious. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. This hotel was worth the price and I highly recommend it. The rooms are nice, clean, and well decorated. The view of the harbor was great. The beds were comfortable. Parking was pretty easy. The hotel was relatively difficult to find (I'm not familiar with the area).

A beautiful, romantic setting in the heart of downtown Boston. Near great sites like the North End and Fanueil Hall. It is your idea of the perfect hotel. The architecture is beautiful giving everyone--even passersby-- a gaze at Boston Harbor. The front of the building is gorgeous just don't look at the highway behind you. Once into the building, you are overlooking the harbor which is beautiful. The Sunday brunch-time 'Tea' is incredible and oh so relaxing. Serviced with white glove service overlooking the Harbor. Very chic and relaxing. My favorite Sunday pastime when family visits.

PROS: Pretty views, great 'Tea' brunch
CONS: Costly but worth it

Overall, we really liked the Boston Harbor Hotel. It is apointed well, with all of the amenities. It is pricey, especially room service, but usually, you get what you pay for!!

Pros: Wonderful gym, pool, spa and BEDS!

Cons: Not in the heart of the city

The hotel was great! The rooms are great and the bed's are so comfortable. I would recommend the room with the view of the harbor if you can afford it.

Talk about your major cluster! We went to see the weekly Jazz performances that take place on a floating harbor raft. The hostess can't control the crowd, service is slow, and the food was cold. Music good, service horrible. No management in site.

Celebrated Our Anniversary In The City This Time. Typically don't stay in town because of traffic and prices. A rainy day arrival met us with an outstanding Valet (Dave) who greeted us with an umbrella and took care of vehicle, luggage, etc. Front desk staff was thoroughly professional and met our every need. Harbor view room was great. Chef Concierge (Nathan Goff) made my wife and I feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. Nathan arranged a reservation and transportation (due to rain he offered the hotel car/driver) to a great North End Italian Rest. (Cantina Italiana) the first night. Nathan also assisted us with several other concerns/questions throughout our stay. Jose (chauffeur) offered his direct cell number and returned to pick us up after dinner. My wife said she felt like she had been treated like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman (Barney's service was great in that movie) mostly atrributable to Nathan. Pampered in the spa with a massage on our anniversary afternoon before dinner. Great Svc!! The food and service at the lobby dining room was perfect. Both of us are typically critical having spent many years in the tourism industry. We could find only great things to admire and remark about at this hotel. Close proximity to Aquarium, Quincy Mkt. Fan. Hall , etc. make this location very convenient for a nice weekend get-away. A great anniversary and we will certainly return for a repeat visit.

Pros: Chef Concierge and staff know how to AMAZE the guest.

Cons: Don't get to Boston often enough.

The hotel was great! When I went to the hotel it looked okay on the outside but it's like living luxury. The rooms are great and the bed's are so comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were great. The room was calming except and the view of the Harbor was fabulous. The water and food that was in the room was quite expensive. No one would charge seventeen dollars for water in a fancy glass. Anyways I would recommend the room with the view of the harbor if you can afford it.

Pros: Fabulous

Cons: Expensive

We had two rooms connected by a small hallway both were very spacious and had sweeping views of the harbor. Very comfortable and elegant decor. Lunched on the outside patio overlooking the water, and it was very enjoyable. Downstairs bar was very low key but had excellent martini's. It is pricey so expect to pay.

Pros: Views, Rooms, Location

Cons: Price

Fantastic decor,Jazz club, full Gym and spa, free room upgrade, best concierge service able to get tickest to sold out shows and referral to best eats in Boston, 5 star in my book.

This hotel was spectacular! The view of the Boston Harbor was breathtaking and the service impeccable. I also enjoyed dining at the hip new restaurant at the hotel as well as relaxing at the hotel's posh spa! If your looking for a luxurious hotel in Boston, this is the place you should stay!

Pros: luxurious, great views, helpful staff

The hotel is nice, but over priced. The view is nice on the harbour side, but on the other side your view is of an ugly overhead high way

My husband and I booked this hotel for our wedding night (10 years ago). The reservation was made the day before and the front desk "gentleman" who took our reservation told my then fiance that he would be happy to arrange a suite (instead of the normal "room" )for our wedding night at no additional charge. The catch? My fiance had to make it to the hotel that day by 4pm to thank the clerk in person with a small gratuity.......Needless to say, we were unable to make it to the hotel by 4pm on our wedding day.....our room was exceptionally small with no view. What a shame! I have never been back.

Pros: location

Cons: bribe requested

Not sure who voted this the most romantic hotel in Boston... It's right next to the biggest/noisiest construction project in the entire country. Hard to argue with the views of Boston Harbor, assuming you're not facing the expressway. and remember it is Boston Harbor, not Maine or The Vineyard. As soon as you step out the door, you're in the middle of the dustiest, most traffic ridden part of the whole city. Guess Again!

This hotel thinks more of itself than its patrons comfort.

Such a romantic escape! I live in Boston and when I stayed here, I felt like I was in a different, more beautiful city.

Pros: good value, great view, great amenities

Cons: parking is expensive

By far, one of the best hotels in Boston. A bit of a nightmare to get to right now due to all of the construction, but the hassle is easily forgotten once you step through the door. The property itself has a beautiful view of the harbor and once construction is completed, will have an amazing garden to look at in front. Ten minute walk to the North End, five minute walk to Fanueil Hall and two minutes from the Waterfront. Splurge! It's worth every penny.
