I find this store amazing. They are fairly new although the salesperson told me they have another shop in Nolita. They have an astounding assortment of designer and antique umbrellas. I never knew you could purchase a silk umbrella but you can. Some of the product is quite expensive and I would be terrified of leaving it behind on the subway or having it pilfered by someone who was just looking to "borrow" something to keep dry. Still I find this shop fascinating and it is only a matter of time before I make a ourchase.
