CertaPro Painting - Greenwood Village/Littleton

Certa Pro Painters is a company that could use a little more work. The staff is talented, but the jobs are often dragged out, taking days, even weeks longer to complete. The staff is sometimes friendly and sometimes not.

The painters were courteous. The owner and the project manager were very nice and helpful. There was a definite language barrier in dealing with the painters. Otherwise, it was a good experience, and they did a good job. They left a few paint smudges on the area rugs.

Pat Lewis, owner, bid the job personally and was very professional, and his estimate was quite competitive. Alex, who then worked with us on colors, timelines, etc. was likewise accommodating and nice to work with. The job was completed w/i several weeks and was on schedule, except for the big snow storm we had which caused a several day delay - not their fault. The painters did a neat job and left the grounds in good condition. There were a few minor touch-ups needed, but nothing major. In the end, I was charged exactly what the estimate had been. I was very pleased with the job, would use them again and recommend them to others.
