I have been shopping at this mall all my life. It is still my favorite. Not like the bigger and fancier malls. I just come here to buy what I need and get out. They have macy's, mervyns, footlocker, and panda express. Lots of parking except of course during the holidays.

I like shopping here at Serramonte Mall. They have renovated it in the last year and the exterior of the mall has improved 100 percent. The stores has also improved. Lots more shops catering to teenagers. Theres also a new restaurant in the area.

This is problably my least favorite shopping mall in the bay area. Granted it has changed since I went away to college but it's basically the same old Serramonte. I do like the fact that there's now an Elephant Bar in the mall but it's not enough to keep me shopping here.

This is a great mall to shop. I love the holidays in this mall. Santa is a Real looking santa with a MS clause. I have never felt unsafe in this mall. The shops are great.

The Serramonte is conveniently located right off the freeway, in fact, you can see it from the freeway. They have parking surrounding mall. Its a pretty decent mall but does get crowded. I like the Filipino food at the food court. Its the only mall I know of that sells Filipino food in their food court. Seating is sometimes difficult to find however.

Serramonte is less pretty than Stonestown, but prices tend to be cheaper overall, I think. Some time ago they renovated the center plaza, and it has improved the malll's look. There's a nice Asian-inspired fountain with wood-looking accents. I think he mall still needs to be more brightly lit, though. Stores include Hollister, Forever 21, Express, and Charlotte Russe. The adjoining stores such as Target and Mervyn's are pluses.
