i love going to petrie's!! there bows are awesome. i could spend all day in there looking at things. the people that work there are so nice and very helpful. you should go to petrie's!

I shopped at the Colonial mall store. The manager at this store has an "I don't care" attitude. I purchased a nap mat and got home to find it was torn. When I spoke with the manager she kinda laughed and said "well you can exchange it...I mean I could replace it for you" Why would I exchange for another mat that tears so easily? Come to find out..I would not be getting the same style mat that I had. When I asked for a refund the manager said with a laugh "We do not do refunds" I would have to exchange it for something else. My child starts school in a week. I live an hour and half from this store. Am I suppose to drop everything and drive to her store to exchange for something I do not need when a mat is what is needed by a week?? She does not care about her customers once they have paid her and walked out the door. I will prolly not use this store again unless customers service improves or new management.

I just left from this store in Colonial mall and I have never received such terribly awful customer service. Especially when the woman I had this encounter with said that she was the manager. I mean what kind of example are you setting for your employees when you yourself are this rude to customers. She had an attitude when I first approached her to ask a few questions about their iron on monograms...for I have never seen or used this type of monogram. With hesitation, I went ahead and let her do the iron on monogram which to my surprise turned out extremely cute, however, my exact words when I went back to pick up the bag were " I love the bag, the monogram turned out great but it is really off center." Fair enough, right?? I mean I did pay for this. She continued to have an attitude and come up with every excuse not to fix this problem....she exclaimed, the pocket is off center, she reiterated that the font I had picked would not be cute, so on and so on. GEEZ!!! We even pulled out the ruler to measure and it was clearly off center and she would not re-do the monogram. I can't believe how difficult this was when I kept telling her I want the bag and I want it monogrammed, I really love it. I just did not understand the fuss. She made a mistake and placed the monogram off center. She refused to do another monogram for me because she stated " if I do another and you don't like it then I will be out another bag." I mean I clearly loved the bag I just wanted her to do the job right! Anyway I could go on about her disgusting attitude forever, but I will not return to this store and I will spread the word to everyone I know about how rude this woman, the 'manager', was. There are way cuter places to shop anyway!!

This is a great store with all kinds of gift ideas. I purchased an entire set of luggage for my daughter which is unique and different. When traveling, it helps to be able to quickly identify your bags. Each piece was very affordable and good quality. We love this store and recommend it to anyone looking for cute gifts. They also carry purses, earrings, necklaces, and specialized and personalized items. It is a great store to go in if all you have is $20 and you need to pick up a birthday present for that special girl in your life. Great for all ages.

This store needs to be shut down. They sold me a rhinestone necklace and earrings that were defected!!! All I wanted was an exchange and the girl I spoke to refused to exchange my necklace set and she had a NASTY attitude. She does not need to work with the public AT ALL!! I will make sure I spread the word about this place to all my business associates, friends, family and especially to the Better Business Bureau as well as who this store pays their rent to! Please Please do not go to this store because their merchandise is defected and they will not let you exchange or receive a refund on it!

This great little store in the Colonial Mall is wonderful. They sell the cutest little trinkets. I found some silver shoe charms there once that you attach to your shoe laces. My daughter loved those. They also carry earrings, necklaces, cute little purses and containers and frames that you can get your name painted on. Lots of great "stocking stuffers". They have really good prices too.

Petries is one of the best shops at the Mobile mall! They offer lots of jewelry, purses (which they can put your name on!), bulletin boards, chairs, buckets...anything you want that is glittery, golden, fluffy, and painted; check out Petries! The store is very kid-friendly, and offers many gifts that would be perfect for the upcoming holiday season! The staff is always willing to help! Monograming can be done at a small addition fee, and is usually ready the next business day!
