Founded in 1962 by George Armstrong, a pioneer in whitewater rafting, All-Outdoors has grown to be one of the largest family owned and operated rafting outfitters in California. The business has remained headquartered in Walnut Creek in addition to maintaining a large fleet of rafts and equipment at each river. All-Outdoors is still family operated by George's sons, Gregg and Scott Armstrong.

I went white water rafting on South-Fork American river through all-outdoors and it was amazing. South-Fork has beginner-intermediate level rapids and the ao guides were so much fun! It was a full day rafting with break for lunch which was provided by all-outdoors..I think its a great place to start if you have never done rafting before!..I would recommend Middle-Fork river for class 3 and 4 rapids if you are more adventurous..but surely go through all-outdoors :)
