Well if your looking for somone to blame you can look in the mirror if your dumb enough to order crap of the tv or radio which is what you did if there calling you the info they have is the info you gave to company that has no problem sharing your info also you can look to your own state government as well they sell you out to. places like this pay to call you all your state government has to do is say no but they would rather keep the cash these places pay insted of worry about if your getting calls or not so go ahead and keep buying your S**t and complain about how some mean telemarketer called you.

Pros: You can say no

Cons: Your to stupid too

They called 14 times in one day they would not stop.
These people need to be fined for refusal to remove numbers from thir calling lists. They should not be paid for doing anything. They need to be in prison. I didn't rate this company because they should not be in business and even one star is to nice.

They also called me 3 days in a row. I answered on the third day, and was horrified to learn that they not only had my phone number and full name, but also the last four of my credit card and my complete home address! They offered the same program everyone else here has described, and then THEY ASKED FOR MY DATE OF BIRTH!!! I realized that it was nothing more than a phishing scam, and told them to pound sand. I suggest everyone else do the same.

This company called my mobile phone repeatedly today and recently. In many attempts they let the phone ring only twice and it was not enough for me to get to the phone. Finally I called the number back to find out what they want. They answered the phone with my name: Hello Amy how can I help you today" and I asked why they keep calling me. The guy told me their story about their program and at the end says "if you choose to continue the subscription you'll pay only 24.95 on your credit card on file, a MasterCard ending in (XXXX). I immediately stopped him and asked how he got my credit card information. He indicates that I must have purchased something online or on TV that was from a partner company. He was not able to give me the name of the company from whom they obtained my information "for privacy reasons." I consider my credit card numbers far more private than whatever I may have purchased online! He sent me to their customer service department who was equally unhelpful, except to tell me to write a letter to their office. I will be cancelling that credit card, as well as writing a letter to their office and the Florida Attorney General's office.
It's really too bad that companies who are doing legitimate business online will lose it because of scam artists like this who make people who are still spending money in this economy uncomfortable to buy online.

It is what you make it. Sure, you may not like the the calls or the info they have on you. Honestly, it is a program trying to save you money with discounted programs, they don't hide anything from you, they tell you straight up what you are getting, they tell you you can cancel at anytime and give you the number. Sure, they have they have the last 4 digits of your credit card, but thats it, as a reference, and they could never charge your card without your consent. If they did, don't you think they would be out of business?? If you are worried about your last four digits of your CC# I'd check the receipts you sign at the store or restaurant, a lot of times the copy you leave them has your FULL CC#. The harsh feelings are understandable, there are bad apple companies out there, but this isn't one of them. Don't hate the player, hate the game. Hear them out, try the program, God forbid it saves you any money. If not cancel, there is no crime in offering a program. The number they call is a number your leave a daytime contact number, if you don't want them to call, there are magical words, "Do not call list". If you say it they will add you to the Internal do not call list, you may think you are already on one, but there are ways. Be Reasonable, they're people too.

Pros: a good conversation with someone across the country, who are genreallly good people.

Cons: you lose your temper because you are uneducated as to how to hadle any of these situations.

got the phone call three times a day and i called back and it was a recording so i went on the internet and what the recording said was quality resources. so i looked it up and a website says the address and two phone numbers you can get a hold of them. 727-712-2221 and 727-712-0382 also the website i found it at was quality dot org . this review wont let me write the actual website. my dumb butt was not thinking about what was going on. so i went alone with the phone call and i guess became a member. after a bit i realized it was a scam and how did they get my name phone number and last 4 digits of my card number i don't know. so i want anyone that did the same thing or even anyone that gets the phone call to call the 2221 number and say you want to cancel your membership now.

This number keeps calling my cell phone 7277120382. I don?t know the number so I didn?t answer. Well, they have called my cell over the past 3 days all hours. So today I looked up the number on www.anywho and it came up with Quality Resources, Inc. of Clearwater, Florida. So then I looked them up on google and look what I found. So freakin scary. Not sure how to handle this. I read that they say just don?t answer the call. I kept thinking, how did they get my cell phone, but you can find those number easily now-a-days.

I was awakened this am by a caller telling me I was a preferred customer of a company from whom I had made a recent purchase and Quality Resources was going to send me a $40 gasoline voucher in the mail in a couple of weeks (I should look for it and not throw it out thinking it was junk mail). I would also receive an offer to enroll in a program that would give me discounts from major retailers like Home Depot. The first month was only a dollar, subsequent payments would be billed automatically to my credit card ending in (XXXX). I wanted to know how they got my credit card, and the caller said that for privacy reasons he had only the last 4 digits. Then he said they would need to get my mailing address. I declined the offer and hung up. It later occurred to me that although the caller might only have the last four digits of my card, the company might have the whole thing. I tried calling them back using the number I got off caller ID and got only a recording. A few hours later, another telemarketer called from the same outfit. I asked to speak with his supervisor. I demanded to know where they had gotten my credit card number, and he insisted that they had only the last 4 digits. He said he did not know who provided it, and told me the last 4 digits were on all receipts for purchases. Of course I know that, the question is what they are doing with it and my phone number. I asked him for the name of a corporate manager, their address and phone number. He gave me only the info you can find on the net. No names other than his, which he said was Chad Routenberg. When I told him the phone number reached only a recording, he told me it was the only one he had. He offered to put me on their do not call list. I cancelled the card in the interim between the two calls and have since registered a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office which has an open case on them. I'd list the URL here but the site won't let me.

BEWARE BEWARE...These guys need their business license reviewed and possibly revoked if any applicable laws apply. They obtain your personal CELLULAR PHONE NUMBERS and other personal information from sources where you have been a good paying customer in attempts to SCAM YOU. They call constantly, day and night, are impervious to requests to STOP CALLING...they go beyond what I consider a nuisance, because they take advantage of people in ways that are difficult to describe in a blurb here, intrude by using your personal information -- even if you might be a member of a "no-call" list, you may not have listed your cell phone number because...well, you didn't want to give it out, right, and you didn't think they could obtain it -- but these guys have and also have gotten around the laws that protect us because of sneaky tactics like this. This is just one of their many tricks...please do not fall for them. Although their doings may not be "illegal" -- they should be.
