Denise - Really? A bad review and you didn't even walk in the door? Whats next, you rate a new car as horrible just because you don't like the color? Why don't you try a product or service before you rate it with such a low score. Full Disclosure - Ive never even been in an Einstein Bagels, but now I am going to for sure! Three starts because I'm required to in order to post.

What a disappointment! I had a coupon for a free latte with any purchase at Einstein Bgel...I had thought all day about what kind of bagel I would order. When I finished work, I drove over...there were lots of people seated outside, as always. But the sign in the door said closed! (I didn't see a sign with any hours...and the website doesn't state hours.) Guess the people were from the restaurant next door. So I ended up going elsewhere...and the coupon is expired...not that I would go back! I think they should at least tell you of short hours...I live in a tourist area where the grocery stores, the drugstore...lots of things!...are 24 hour. I come from NY...we eat bagels day and night. So it shows that a coupon can draw you in to try somewhere new, but a bad experience can turn you off forever.
