This place ripped me off also. I took my car in for a tire rotation and found out that they weren't rotating the tires. The tires were then wearing out faster than usual. When I confronted the Manager he got upset and very rude. I've had good experiences with Kauffman in the past but be very careful when going to the one on South Cobb Dr. in Smyrna Georgia.
