OK, I used Protronics in August 2008 to pick up my 50inch Plasma, I had red dots on screen.., they claimed that they fixed it and returned it to me with some delay..., They charged me almost $650.00! I can buy a new one for almost that much!! Anyways, I plug it in and guess what, red dots are still all over the screen. They didnt fix it. They want payment and I refused to pay, I stopped payment on check. They attempted to scam me. Its amazing that businesses like this stay in business. I think Costco uses them, SCARY!! You have been warned. Good Luck.

There is this guy with the name Kwan who does not know what he is doing. Receptionist Cindy does not know how to take appointments.

Well, I contacted Protronics because they service LG TV's. LG recommended that I contact them.

Here is the ordeal I had to go through:
1) LACK OF DISCIPLINE, LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A DONT CARE ATTITUDE - Spoke to Kwan the first time and gave him an idea of the issues I was having with my TV. He took all my information and promised to schedule a appointment for me. 2 days later no appointment and the receptionsit (Cindy) hadnt heard anything about the appointment and didn't even know my name.
2) LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM - Protronics(Cindy) then scheduled a pickup of the TV between 1 and 4. Guess what time the guys came (Josh).....6:15 pm. Guess in what they picked up the TV....A Dodge Caravan (Minivan).
3) LACK OF INTEGRITY - TV was picked up on Monday with no news till Friday. On Friday the receptionist tells me that they tried delivering on Thursday. No appointment was scheduled with me, No phone calls were made to me....and they tried delivering..caught me by surprise but I didnt argue as Cindy scheduled another appointment.
4) RUDE, UN PROFESSIONAL, and F**K YOU ATTITUDE - Tuesday morning I get a call that I willl be charged a delivery fee against which I argued. Kwan gave me a hard time telling me that he will not deliver the TV if I dont pay. He was rude, unprofessional and arguing almost on anything I said. However at the end he gave in and decided to deliver the TV for no charge.
5) DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER PRODUCTS - TV was delivered in a nice big white truck....I thought my problems are solved. Now I take a cloth to dust of the TV and to my surprise there are about 10 places the TV is damaged.

Right now I' am resolving the 5th issue. LG has not offered to help as they say it is between me and Protronics.
Just one advice... If someone tells you Protronics...You show them this review...
