.

I saw FNP June Peck. She was great, but not worth what the office puts you through. I was switched to this office (after an army move) on a Monday. Three days later I was positive I had a kidney infection (I have a history of them and am very familiar with the symptoms). I called to schedule an appointment ... two weeks they told me. I told them I would be dead by then. Two weeks, sorry. So I asked for a referral to an urgent care or the ER. No, they said. (I was transfered into voicemails and put on hold for hours prior to this). I left messages and no one called back. I had no other choice but to just go into the office and beg. So I did, barely able to walk, crying and vomiting. Finally they agreed to see me.\n \nI gave a urine sample and after June Peck gave me medication she said she would call on Tuesday to give me the results of the urinalysis. That way I would know if I should continue the medication, etc. No phone call. I called the office on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday. Never once did someone answer the phone in the lab. Finally I called the front desk who put me on hold for 10 minutes before someone in the lab answered. She said she needed to get my chart and would call me back in a minute. One hour later no call back, so I called again. Again, no one answered in the lab, so I called the front desk. The young girl who answered told me they were probably just really busy. Not what I wanted to hear since I'd been waiting over a week. She said if they don't call back today, I can call them in the morning. Oh yeah? I am privileged to call them again? I asked if they were understaffed and she repeated that I should call in the morning and then informed me I was more than welcome to leave a message. So I called again and left a message and someone called back saying she was still looking for my chart. Still? Seriously?\n\nI wish that one of their Drs would pretend to be a patient and try to go through the steps from the other side. They would see how disorganized and frustrating the staff is. They basically told me I would have to wait two weeks and even when I said I would be dead they said ""well, we need time to get your records and find out if you have any allergies ... we wouldn't want to give you a medication that might kill you!"" Yeah, but if I waited two f-ing weeks I would be dead anyways you idiot.\n\nAfter this recent experience I wanted June Peck to be aware of what was going on. So I found their website and emailed the only address that was provided and asked for FNP Peck's email or phone number. The email was returned because the address is invalid! I guess I shouldn't have been surprised. Don't expect them to answer the phone if you need lab results. I've called over 10 times and no one has ever answered the phone. Also, make sure you have plenty of minutes remaining on your cell phone plan because if anyone answers the phone you will be on hold for a long long time if you have any questions at all. Don't go here if you are borderline suicidal, it will push you over the edge.
