What can I say?! The zoo is fantastic! Lots of animals to be seen, the exhibits are breathtaking and artistic. There are learning opportunities around every corner. We got a season pass last year and plan to get one year after year. The gift shop is so cool, and bound to spark the imaginations of little ones.

The Oregon Zoo is such a fun place to bring your kids. The zoo is huge and so well organized. It has a great park for eating lunch in. The only downfall is during school breaks it can be about impossible to get in.

PROS: Well organized
CONS: Can be very crowded

The zoo has a wide selection of animals. My kids love the displays. The best part is the aviary where the parakeets come and drink nectar from a cup that you hold. Up close and very personal! They also have a really nice zoo gift shop and food court. The paths are all paved so it's easy to maneuver a stroller or wheel chair.
