I tried to wash my vehicle when it was extremely cold on 12/22@0115 in the morning returning from Steamboat. I should have known better. The automated system took my $9.00, for the RainX premium wash, but produced no wash. I called the company who said they would in fact reimburse my credit card. As of 12/30, my card still hasn't been reimbursed. Bad business practice and faulty equipment during cold weather.
