Clear Choice Window Tinting, Clearbras, & Automotive Detailing

I had Josh and his staff apply a full clear bra and window tinting on my 2009 Audi A5. The clear bra turned out excellent. Top quality work on the install of the bra. Now for the not so good part... During the install of the tint water got into the the amplifier which provides the sound for the stereo and the nav system. Turns out the location of the amp is such that water used during the application of the tint can find its way under the rear deck and into the amp thus causing it to blow out. Audi published a tech note on this issue and will, and did, refuse to perform any warranty work on the amp if the car has been tinted. Needless to say I wish this would not have happened but it did. Josh explained to me what happened and to his credit admited that it was the fault of his staff. I don't know about you but when a business owner makes and mistake and admits it that goes a long way with me. Mistakes happen and that's that. Anyway, to make a long story somewhat less long Josh made it right by replacing the amplifier without me having to press him to do so. I will be back to Clear Choice for regular detailing of my Audi. This is a straight up honest business that does excellent work.

I've been seeing these guys for a few years now. They did the tint and clear bra on my last car and I also had them detail it once a year. When I recently sold the car it still looked like the day I bought it, and the tint and clear bra were still intact with no peeling or fading whatsoever. Naturally I brought my new BMW in to them as well, and once again they did a great job. Josh and his crew are all incredibly helpful and down-to-earth guys and they'll do just about anything to help you out. I'm a huge perfectionist, so please take it from me that they do an amazing job on everything. They do charge a bit more than other shops, but you get what you pay for. In my case I know I'll never have to worry about re-installing any of the tint or clear film and that my car will always look great. If you're buying a new car, do yourself a favor and opt out of the tint/clear bra package the stealership will try and sell you and just head straight to these guys. Their prices are still cheaper than the dealers and you'll get a better quality and more comprehensive job. In short, if you're looking for a great tint/detailing shop in Boulder (or anywhere in the Denver metro area for that matter), go to Clear Choice/Details Plus!

I own a new car(Acura) and have been wanting to get my windows tinted for a while now. I had shopped around and was not 100% satisfied with the tint jobs I had seen on my friends cars'. I was referred by my dealership to Clear Choice in Boulder. They went out of their way to make sure my needs were met and to make sure I received exactly what I was looking for. They asked multiple questions to guarantee I had the right tint for my vehicle. I did not feel hurried or pressured or taken advantage of in any way. They gave me a great deal, and I know I got the best tinting job on the market. You get what you pay for. It's not the cheapest place to tint your windows, you can definitely go cheaper somewhere else, but then again you will pay for that as well. Cheaper always shows later on when it comes to tinting your window's and I know I got the best service and the best deal all in one... and it will last a lifetime. What's spending a little extra if you love your vehicle and you know it will last a long time???... Not only can you get your windows tinted, but they detail cars as well. After I saw the cars in the shop and how well they were detailed, I will be returning to detail my own car. Thank you Clear Choice for exceeding my expectations!

Of everyone I know, I am by far the pickiest when it comes to my automobiles, and so it is rare that I find any automotive service provider who not only meets but exceeds my expectations when I leave my car in their hands. I recently took my car to the Clear Choice/Details Plus guys to have them buff out some unfortunate scratches and wax the entire exterior, and they did what few have done: they exceeded my expectations. If, like me, you are obsessive about your automobile, I highly recommend Clear Choice/Details Plus.

I have to say that Josh and his crew did an amazing job to an interior of a car they said was a 9 on an uncleanliness scale of 1-10. "A 10," Josh said, "is when a car has dead animals in it." So my car was about as bad as it gets. I want to thank them all for doing something I didnt imagine could be done: turning my 2001 Saturn SUV into a brand new car. I feel more confident when I drive and I look forward being inside of it. Thanks guys. You rock!

I was recently given a most unusual and unexpected gift. While I was away on a family vacation, my boyfriend took my car to the guys at Details Plus for a makeover. I was so surprised and pleased to come back to a sparkling and fresh automobile. It was cleaner than I had ever seen it (including when I drove it off the car lot) and they even got the change drawer clean which I had mistakenly been using as an ash tray for quite a while. If you drive a car like mine you know the compartment I'm talking about . . . right below the left vent on the front driver side. Who knew that it wasn't actually an ash tray and that it had a velvet-like lining? Obviously someone at Details Plus did. The drawer was absolutely pristine, as if I had never snubbed the first cigarette out in it. I can't even imagine how they did it. I will definitely take my car to them again. Or, better yet, maybe my boyfriend will surprise me again.

I took my car in for detailing. Later Josh followed up with a phone call asking me for feedback. I said they did a great job, it just wasn't done on time. Josh offered me a free vacuum and wash.
I took him up on that today. At the end I asked him what he thought a body shop would charge to get a dent out of my bumper. He and one of his guys took my car back in the shop, put it under a heat lamp and worked on it. Now unless you knew about the dent you would think nothing had ever happened to the bumper. And all this work today was done for free!
The waiting room is stocked with good magazines, there's great music, and everyone is friendly, including Max, Josh's funny black lab. I would definitely go back and recommend their work to anyone.

Pros: They fixed my bumper for free and they have the most fun dog in town

Great Job! I have a brand new 2008 335xi BMW that i hand delivered from Munich, Germany. They got the exact Tint I wanted as well as a great clear bra job. My car is jet black so it has to be perfect and they got it there. They also managed to clear bra the ENTIRE hood. Only company in the state that does that. I live in downtown denver and had to go to Boulder because they are the only people that can get it done, and they do it well. If you want quality and are willing to pay the proper price i highly recommend it.

I'm selling my van so I called these folks. They answered the phone, which is a great start and somewhat rare in this business. They were timely with available appointments that fit my schedule. I purchased their Pikes Peak package and my van really does look great. I'd highly recommend this business and their work to anyone.

I brought my Corvette to Clear Choice to have my windows tinted. Not only did they do an excellent job, but Josh, the owner, was incredibly helpful and spent a lot of time with me. This spring, I am planning to have them detail my Corvette and apply the Clearbra. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish, my experience with Clear Choice was great! They were extremely helpful and took all the time I needed to get my questions answered. I shopped around Boulder and Denver and didn't find a shop that was as willing to back it's work, show me around the shop and show me some of their work. I was impressed by what I saw and brought my car back a few weeks later to be tinted. It was done when it was supposed to be and looked great! A few weeks later, I noticed some small bubbles forming on one of the windows so I took it back to the shop. Turns out some dust just got under the tint, but they replaced the tint on that window that day, no charge. The car looks fantastic!

The guys at Clear Choice are great to work with and do a very high quality job. As Josh will tell you, there are cheaper places to get your car windows tinted, but there is no place that will do a better job. I'm planning on going back for a clear bra. And it is the only place I will take any of my cars now.

The place is buzzing - equipment, people, activity. These guys aim to please - one customer by one customer. They want your business and know how to show it. My car detailing job was the best I've ever had. You could have eaten your lunch off the front hood!! The owner, Josh, is a very personable guy, and is truly interested in your satisfaction. Car detailing, window tinting, clear bras - you name it - they do it. Give them a try!!!!

Called them up, the owner picked up the phone and was happy to answer all my preliminary questions and set me up for an appointment. Brought my Mini Cooper in, they explained the different tint options, showed me samples, showed me what it would look like on the car, etc. Any question I asked they answered and I had full confidence in their knowledge and experience.

I always get tint on my cars so I've been through this a few times before, and I had more confidence with this shop than any others. (first time tinting in this state however)

When I came to pick up the car I was extremely happy with the work. The Mini is tricky because of all the curved windows and the front frameless windows, but everything was perfectly even and well adhered. Just flawless all around.

I can't speak for the long term yet but I have no worries. Besides the shop's guarantee, the film has it's own warranty with the manufacturer. It isn't the cheapest film you can get but having been through this before I know this kind of film lasts, assuming it was installed properly. And I know that part was done right, so I expect to enjoy this tint for years to come.

Highly recommended. Both Brad (the tint installer) and Josh (owner) are real professionals that really want every car to look it's best.

I left my brand new car at Clear Choice to have a clear bra installed. The installation was good, but there were two dings in my car door that were not there when I left it in their care. Josh, the owner, offered to repaint my door. He has a body shop, and this would have cost him almost nothing. I originally wrote this in my review, and soon thereafter received a call from Josh, asking me to rewrite my review. That could explain all the glowing reviews!

I just had my 2003 Toyota 4Runner repaired after a tree ran in to my husband! Bernie and his crew did an excellent job and matched the color nearly perfect! Don't be turned off by the lack of a flashy building or a crew of polished estimators. These guys ain't that pretty, but they sure make your car look pretty : )

I took my car in to get a subpar tint job (from another shop) removed and a high quality one redone. The team at clearchoice beat my expectations by a huge margin and had it all done in 1 day. My windows all look like they were tinted from the factory and doing this good a job on a 350z is no easy task.

Clearchoice will be the only shop that touches my cars from here on out. Thanks fellas for an outstanding job.

After my last plastic bugshield got ripped off my truck in a carwash, I decided that I needed a clearbra. The clearbra that was put on my Tahoe at Clearchoice is perfectly invisable and protects against the normal road rock abuse of Colorado . Big rocks can be a little bit of an issue but...for the most part the clearbra does the job and last forever-(clearchoice also gives a lifetime year warraty on their work). I recommend the service!

I had my windows done a Clearchoice last week. The job was perfect and the staff was exteremely friendly. I'd recommend Clearchoice to anyone. As I was waiting I noticed they had a sister shop that details cars. Brad, my technition, said they were top notch. I checked them out and the level of perfessionalism amazed me. Not to mention a job well done.

I had my new Audi treated by the two business that are owned by this organization. They not only did an amazing job tinting my new car, but the clear bra they put on the car was impeccable. I also had them throw a coat of wax on the car, since it is brand new and did not come with any protection, and my black car looks beautiful, no swirls or anything. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the work done right. It is worth paying a little extra to have it done the way I expected it to be. I am also very happy that they gave me a lifetime warranty against any problems, including that terrible purpling you have seen before on window tint.

Joshs team at Clear Choice did an outstanding job on both of our cars. My 02 BMW looks new again after a thorough and meticulous detailing inside and out. And my wifes new BMW now has perfectly tinted windows and a clear bra that you have to search for to find (very good application). The service and attention to detail was unsurpassed attributes that are quite rare these days. I have had 5 different vehicles tinted by 5 different companies, and the work done by Clear Choice was definitely top-notch.

You get your moneys worth and more for auto detailing. I wouldn't think to take my car anywhere else...truly a great local business to support. I brought my Infiniti in for detailing and the finished product was immaculate. It looked brand new just like the day I bought it when it was finished. The customer service was exceptional...they made sure that I had transportation to and from work. I also took a late model Outback there to have detailed before it was sold...another job well done!

Clear Choice did full tinting on my Chevy Blazer, as well as applying a clear bra to my car. I was so impressed by the work that Clear Choice did, as well as the service that they provided. Had my car tinted and had a clear bra installed on the car. Josh was very polite and helpful, and the workers did an amazing job. My car looks great, and I know it won't turn purple or bubble from researching their film. If it does said they will fix it for free!
