Pump It Up

My son requested to have his party at Pump it Up. (We went to the Greensboro location.) I went to the web site and was so excited that I could take care of all the invitations, party favors, decorations, etc. there! It made the planning so convenient and easy and the best part NO CLEAN UP! The staff was very friendly and made sure the kids were safe. We had a great time!

I had my daughter's 3rd birthday part at Pump It Up in Greensboro. I had never been to one of these facilities before and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff was very helpful and polite. I had no trouble whatsoever with any of the problems listed in one of the previous posts. Some of the children did have to be reminded of the rules that were first established, but there was no major issue, they were politely reminded to follow the rules in order to ensure everyone's safety and the continued ability to jump. Once that was taken care of the party went on without problems. Great Job Pump It Up!! And thanks for making my daughter's birthday so special and memorable!!! We will be back!!!!!

I went with my daughter's school to Pump It Up in Greensboro today for a field trip. We were all very disappointed with the experience that we had. Our group consisted of 75 4 and 5 year olds. We were given 2 rooms for the children to play in. They began their play at around 9:15am. We had ONE staff member for these two rooms. ONE staff member for 75 children. Unbelievable! Around 10:30am one more staff member came in, but that was only until the end of their play at 11am. As a parent, I was unable to enjoy this experience with my child. The teachers there and the parents were the ones having to man the play areas because there were not enough staff. During this time 2 of the staff members children were also allowed to come in and play in these rooms. After playing for 30 to 45 minutes the children became thirsty and wanted to go to the water fountain. We were told it was not working. One of the teachers noticed the water fountains were unplugged and went to the front to let someone know. The lady said "Oh" and plugged them in, at which point they worked just fine. The man who was helping out between the two rooms was spotted two times grabbing several of the children by the arms when they did not stop to listen to him. First of all, he has no business handling the children in this manner and second of all, the children probably didn't hear him tell them to stop in the first place because it was very loud. One of the teachers did address this with him. When I got home I called the place to get the owner's info to let them know of our experience. Come to find out the owner was the one who was at the front counter and was in charge. What good that was. I would not recommend this place for large parties.

I have had my son's last 2 birthday parties there...the kids had a blast! The party room is spacious. The cost of the party includes paper products and invitations. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Go jump and have fun with no clean up!
