Kocyr Marina - Dentalville

I recently met with Dr. Park to have a complete set of dentures made after having nine of my bottom teeth removed at another office. Dr. Park was always kind and professional throughout the many appointments. We quickly became friends. Her assistant, Erica and her secretary, Marina, were always very pleasant and respectful. I am very satisfied with my new dentures and based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Dr. Park and her friendly staff. :-) (BIG smile)

Doctor Park and Staff are excellent. Caring, fast, and knowledgeable. I had a root canal last week and what could have been a horrible experience was great... except for Marina. Marina is rude. She treated me as though I was some bum off the street, not a patient for several years. In extreme pain, I came to the office for the emergency procedure and Marina made the doctor stop mid examination because she needed more insurance information. After, she almost refused to set a payment plan for the procedure which cost twice as much as the quote I was given. I love the doctor and staff, but Marina is a bi**h!

I had my wisdom teeth taken out today. The office was clean and very organized the staff was so caring and very knowledgeable. I was very scared at first but Dr. and staff made everything very comfortable. I will recommend this place to everyone.

They pulled the wrong tooth and now would like me to set up a payment plan with them to pull the right tooth !!!! Cant belive it, now I will be missing my two back teeth and have paid cash for both with no compensation!!!!

We were going to this dentist as it was close. As we went on we found more than one scheduling problem. We'd make an appointment only to go in to be told that the dentist couldn't see us because he was overscheduled. So we finally stopped coming. More than a year after leaving this office we start getting telemarketing type calls trying to get our business back. After repeated attempts we finally had to get rude to get them to stop calling and take no for an answer. We would not recommend this dental office.
