The experience of buying a used car at Cerritos Ford Lincoln was incredible. From the moment we got there Edgar Jimenez welcomed us and helped us choose the car we where looking for. He was patient and knowledgeable of the inventory. He showed us around until we finally found the right car. He made us feel comfortable and i highly recommend Cerritos Ford Lincoln for buying a used car and when you arrived there ask for Edgar Jimenez because he will surely treat you like family because that is how he made us feel. Took my Ford f150 in to have driver's window repaired (regulator stopped working leaving window down). They charged my $490. When I checked online for the price using their part number, it was $35-$75 for the same part. When I showed the clerk, he said Ford made a better product than aftermarket, but couldn't answer if it was a better product, why my window regulator keeps breaking.
Another reason why you don't take your car to the Ford dealership for service, they are way over priced.
I recommended Victor Resendiz! He is great at his job his caring personality and knowledge in cars really helps Alot when buying a car. I felt so welcome and at ease while he was helping me choose which car best suited me. Victor Resendiz is a great person to go to that will take good care of you and make sure you find the car of your choice!! Thank you do much!!! Awesome service!!

Took car for an inspection (with a working sunroof) and left with a broken sunroof. The customer service manager, Eric Foltz, and the general manager, Mike Gilligan, both refused to repair it even though their technician admitted that the sunroof broke during the inspection. Not only was the sunroof broken, the service advisor noted the incorrect vehicle mileage (off by 20,000 miles) on the inspection report, noted the incorrect phone number (we didn't get a call that the car was ready), and the technician left grease hand prints on tan interior. Customer and competent service at Ford Cerritos are not a priority. Hence, you risk damages to your vehicle at this dealer. As a last resort, I asked to at least have the inspection fee refunded...denied. I doubt I'll ever return to another Ford Dealer.

Cerritos dealer was one of few that had the car i wanted.
My situation was very complicated to purchase a car so i had to stay there for four hours for the whole process.
Throughout my visit, the salesman, ray leiva wa patient and kind enough to bear with me. He made several different suggestions to make it easier from the customer perspective. He was willing to help which made my four hour purchase very pleasant (it could have been very frustrating)

Victor And Rudy Saved My Life . . .

The level of customer service at this dealership is so high, the attention to detail, and the personal experience are just a couple of reasons why I will be coming back to buy my second new Ford.
Victor, and his protege' Rudy are the best sale team in all of southern California for one reason, They actually care.
I felt like I was part of a big family, the finance department ( Manny ) the big guy up front ( Ken ) and last but certainly not least Victor and Rudy, the time spent to make sure that every aspect of the process was heart felt and genuine, and I am soooooooooooooo happy with my purchase that I tell everyone Take the 605 to South Street, Cerritos Auto Square.

Horrible service manager name Al. He gets upset because I ask him simple general questions like, "Are there other alternative repair for this particular issue that is more effective?" and "Is there anything Ford is doing to help customers with this repair, since this is a known defective engineering part?" The repair takes 4 days, so I asked if I can see the car as the repair progress. This guy was just screaming at my ear. I will never ever take my car to this dealer again.

I had a wonderful experience when I purchased three vehicles from George Velazquez. He was very knowledgeable and he didn't pressure me like some other dealers at other locations. I am happy with my vehicles and I would recommend George and Cerritos Ford. I plan to purchase from them again.

I recently purchased a 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser at the Cerritos Ford Lincoln Mercury Hyundai dealership. I want perspective car buyers out there to know that this is a very well run dealership. My experience here was by far the best I've ever had buying a car. I especially want to point out that my salesman, (Ricky P.) was very professional and made buying my car a pleasant experience.
If you are looking for a good deal on a car without being smothered so much by a sales person, then Cerritos Ford is the place to be. My brother bought a 2008 ford fusion and got a great deal. The salesperson was very helpful and worked with my brother's needs. All the employees at Ford were sincere and very hospitable. I definitely recommend buying a car from Cerritos Ford.
Cerritos Ford's Internet Sales department is the most unprofessional department I have ever come across. Sept 03, 2007 I requested a quote for a vehicle and had to enter my email address. I received a response a day later and was pleased. I received another response the following day, and then another the next. I requested to "OPT-OUT" per the email's instruction because I had all the information I needed and did not want anymore solicitation emails. I have sent response emails to the Internet Sales of Cerritos Ford Manny Jalandoni, Monica Martinez and Angie Marzinke asking for this to stop. I have received 6 solicitation emails to date. I have had to contact the Ford Corporate HQ customer service line and California' District Attorney Office because of their harassment.
Pros: It is loccated in the cerritos auto mall
Cons: I can not get them to stop harassing me after I asked for one quote!
