Just this past weekend I had my son's birthday party here. I was skeptical because I had read all the negative reviews. But I have to say it was GREAT! I don't know when the management changed and if I was dealing with the old management the complaints seem to be about or new management. But I paid by CHECK (I saw someone mentioned they don't acceot check or credit) my $100 deposit and paid the reminder by debit card at the end of the party. I'm not sure how manyemployees worked the party, but there were at least 3 people making and slicing the pizzas, a dj (who also offered to use my camera and take pictures, while taking requests, awesome!) and the owner must have asked me about 20 times if there was anything I needed. We spent the extra $100 for the private party up to 50 skaters and had about 25 kids and their parents skating. The pizza was actually pretty good (16 inch pizzas) I ordered 5 for 50 people and it worked perfectly. I think they were $14 a pie. We brought our own cake and table settings. And the kids were anxious to hurry and eat so they could get back out to skating again. And so were the parents. They also allowed us to use the skate assists which looked like walkers on wheels for the little kids, who absoletly LOVED skating because of them. Obviously it is a roller rink and not the most sanitary place so there's always room for improvement. But I brough a bottle of hand sanitizer for each table. Oh soda/drinks were included in the price. Forgot to mention that. I would ask next time if I could bring in maybe bottles of water, that would have been helpful. Not ONE of the employees was rude at all. And in fact exctremly pleasant. The dj took the kids requests and played games like limbo etc. The kids never seemed bored and mine were upset when it was time to leave after 2 hours. We have had birthday parties at all the usual spots (bounce houses, Lifetime fitness, etc) and I can honestly say I thought this was the best one. I also got a ton of glow in the dark necklaces from oriental trading company since we did a glow and roll. And If your looking for suggestions as for gift bags we had tee shirts made that said my open skate and a roller skate on it through discount mugs (whom we've used before). I also made chocolate molds of roller skates (from amazon). We have used discount mugs before for water bottles made for rock climbling last year and had a gtreat experience as well. I would highly recommend :
1. getting the private party so that you don't have to share the rink, especially if your kids are younger.
2. Go check out the rink on a Saturday before you book so you can see if it works for you.

If you are looking for a great family experience, don't waste your time or money at this place. If the smell isn't bad enough to stop you at the entrance, then the staff will. I took my family here a few times before and it wasn't ever great, however the last visit was the worst. The staff was very rude, food was horrible. I also witnessed a confrontation between the owner/manager and patrons where a girl injured her arm, he was very rude to the mother and offered no assistance to help her even get to their car and she had other children with her. To say he was gruff is an understatement. If you really want to have fun in a true family establishment this is not the place for you. There are a few other great establishments in and around DFW.

Very bad smell comes as you enter the place. You are also going to experience very rude management or owners. They don't accept check or credit cards or any plastic. My party was spoiled by smell and rudeness. They have very dirty snack or concession area. Party room is cheap. Pizzas ordered from Papa john's were pre-negotiated poor quality pizza to give best profit margin for the order to Rolling Rink. The lady at gate is so rude and like a jailor ! The owner Jim is a very short tempered & harsh guy not to expose your kids to. The parking lot is in bad condition giving you feel of very poor neighborhood. This is a bad place for fun or birthday party. I totally wasted my money. There is no smile inside.

My children started skating at Thunderbird in the mid '70's. They always had a great time. Now my grandchildren skate there and they too have fun. We have been to and hosted several birthday parties and always found management and staff to be helpful and courteous. The prices are reasonable, the staff is helpful and the kids have a good time. What more could you want?

I've skated at Thunderbird sine 1976 and worked there starting in the late 70's to mid 80's. As of Dec. 2010 I'm working there again and very happy to be there. Most of the time you will see me working the front door then I go to the floor to skate and watch out for all the fast skaters who may accidentally hurt our younger, inexperienced skaters. The skaters who are reckless won't like me, and I'm not sorry for that. The owners want Thunderbird to be a fun, safe environment for everyone. If you want to come and not skate, that is fine, but you will act appropriate according to our code of conduct. We want to make your skating or party experience enjoyable. I am lucky to get to play games thru out the session and helping the inexperience learn to skate. I love my job and I can tell you the new management/owners want each and every skater and non skater to have an enjoyable safe experience. If you have any concerns and you see me on the floor please talk to me, I would love to here from you. I also teach beginner skating on Saturday mornings. Thunderbird also is now offering Jam-Dance skating lessons by appointment. My name is K.C.

We rented the rink for my daughters 8 th b- day and I think the adults had just as much fun as the kids. Games played were fun and the owners were very welcoming. The DJ played fun music and another employee named Casey was on the floor with the skaters helping them skate and playing games. My daughter was thrilled to go in the money machine and catch $4. the pizza was great along with the service from Shay in the snack bar. Two of my daughters friends parents are booking parties for their children. The $450 was worth every dollar. Thank you, Pam, Jim, DJ, Casey, and Shay. We will be back

I had my b-day party at Thunderbird 30 years ago. I've gone back occasionally, and it has NEVER been updated. It was cool back then, but now it's just gross. My son had his b-day party there this weekend and while the kids had fun (because let's face it, roller skating is fun), it was unacceptable for me. I got there and tried to give the person behind the little window the guest list for our party. I was told they "don't do that". How would they know who gets in free as a guest of the party? They said they'd figure it out. Well...they didn't. One guest (that I knew of) tried to get her son in, only to be told the party was "out of tickets." Lovely. Glad we caught them at the door and could get them in. Then we were about to be charged $5 for a pitcher of water to give to the parents. We asked if it was Ozarka?? Nope, just nasty tap out of their thousand year old faucet. I'm spending $300 on a birthday party and they try to charge me $5 for a pitcher of tap water? After I looked at them like they'd lost their mind, they reduced the price to $2. Now that's customer service. Then I asked if I could help set up the party room. They wouldn't let me. They said they were taking care of it. So I start to get worried, and I knocked on the party room door to help out, but no one would let me in. So they call for all the kids to go to the party room, then unlock it, so the kids rush in (before I could get in there). They had put the tablecloth and plates and forks on the table, but not the balloons, centerpieces or Happy Birthday banner I had bought. So none of that got used. Luckily for the kids, the pizza was hard and cold. But all of this pales in comparison to the crappy skates and smell of poop you get the second you walk in the door. Literally almost gagged. But good thing you have to pay with cash. Superconvenient b/c everyone pays with cash these days. I could go on, but my point is made. That place needs to be torched. Gone are the sweet memories I had as a child skating there.

Ive been going there since beginning of this year. There was horrible mang there. They couldn't find there buts with both hands on a good day. Now that the original owner came in took it over I've noticed a Wonderful change. People that work there are friendly and helpful. They don't allow people to act crazy. I enjoy this place. I go every Friday and saterday. I haven't seen any trashy people in there. I think these people writing these bad reviews are friends with old mang and that's wrong and childish. This place always has birthdays in there people have fun, I even went for the New Years party last night! It was worth my money had a blast. Hope to see some of y'all there!!!

I went to Thunderbird about 3 weeks ago... WORST TIME EVER!!!!
I'll give you an idea about the time i had...
I walked in the door with my friends (my B-Day party), not knowing they had gone under "new and improved" management, and was unhappy to find out that it was cash only.
I finally found enough cash to pay the "lady" at the window to have her sneer at me and roll her eyes because i didn't give her exact change.
I finally get my skates and, to my surprise, one of them only had 3 wheels.
I go to the snack counter to buy a drink and it was about 5 bucks for 10 ounces of soda and 22 ounces ice.
finally i go to the bathroom to see that the floor is slanted, with water marks on the ceiling and that the toilets are one a foot off the ground (everyone is in skates) with out any grip bars for the people in roller skates to sit down
Finally i skate for about an hour before the horny boys in the corner with girls that have skirts that cover more of there bellies than butts come out on to the rink and knock me down and that fall broke my wrist!
WORST PLACE EVER!!!

The "lady" behind the window is a RUDE and extremely hateful person. Just from her encounter, I should have known not to take the kiddos in. Her daugther stands as a front door acting as if we are all out to sneak in and treats the kiddos as thieves. The explain they are the owners and took it back from the management due to crime and nonpayment. The funny thing is, we NEVER experienced those things. My daughter, friends, and family all refuse to go back here. The music is really, really lame and sometimes can be quite slow or ethnic. There doesnt seem to be any reason. Requests, games, credit cards are all gone out the window; replaced by hate and venom. Luckily, we have found some of the reviews and will visit other skating rinks. No, we dont know the previous management personally, just have kiddos who now would rather stay home than go skating. VERY SAD! Maybe she will sell or release it out; however, I cant imagine anyone could stand leasing from her though. :(

Thunderbird is a not so an inviting place for people to go, as they once thought. the lady who runs it yells and gets into peoples buissness like she owns the costumers too! If the manager of Thunderbird roller rink is viewing this, Lease it again! if you really want ThunderBird to last its ancient happiness to people, give them what hey really want, FUN! Until that happens (if ever) choose another rink, don't give ThinderBird what ther don't deserve!

First off Thunderbird is NOT under "new" management. It's the same OLD owner. She leased her business out to another person a few years ago and she and they didn't get along (can't imagine why) and they parted ways. In March she regained financial responsibility of Thunderbird once more. She has been involved with the rink since it opened. She has her family members as her employees, including the ones not even old enough to be working yet. She apparently has no other income and obviously no one but clients to rant on. And with only taking cash as payment someone from the IRS may want to schedule a party there soon. It's sad that such a fun activity has to be ruined by such people as her when a little care in the place and the job could make kids and parents be happy for just a few hours of their lives. I know we will not ever step foot in that place again. I have already written my review on my daughters horrible birthday experience.

all of these terrible reviews are obviously from the friends of the disgruntled employees who lost "their" rink to the original owner. Its really sad that people can write reviews on here that are solely written to make to new management lose business. They are mad, and writing terrible, untrue statements. Grow up and move on. Thunderbird is wonderful and don't believe the other reviews given after the management changed. How would you like it if previous employees and their friends bashed your company and business out of spite? These horrific reviews are exactly what is WRONG with people being able to write whatever they like on the web, and people will believe them. Please don't! I've been going there since I moved to Plano in '79, speed skated, social skated, and even worked for the very nice owner when I was in high school. Thunderbird hasbeen, and always will be wonderful pace to skate. Don't fall for this "ad campaign" the previous management's followers are trying to run. I am unbias. I have loved, and will continue to love, Thunderbird ROller Rink, until given a REAL reason not to. I don't see that happeneing. 0 feel so sorry for the owner and management after seeing the junk written on here. My 10 year old and all of her friends will continue to skate there, and have their end-of-season sports parties there. Go. You'll have fun. That's my opinion, and I have 30 years experience with the Rink.

To the good news, i was at Westlake a few weeks ago on sunday and love it, it did take me back to the old thunderbird, the music was old school meets new school and thats how i like everyone can enjoy the music. I also found out they hired the old DJ from thunderbird DJ Barnes, when i first saw him up there djing i started to cry, because i knew i was home, hearing him DJ made me feel like i went on vacation for a long time and then came back, leaving me speechless in a good way. To the owner of Westlake thank you for hiring him you have made me the happiest skater, and you have my vote on greatest rink ever. i will start skating up there every friday night and sunday afternoon. Skaters from thunderbird come skate with us, and john john you are so right. Once you skate at Westlake you will fall in love and feel right at home

To everyone out there who miss the old staff before the ugly change, I found them some of them are working and skating at westlake skate center in garland off of yale and forest.. I go up there to skate on friday night, and sunday and it feels just like the good old days music for all ages me being in my 40s love it because they play everything just like they used to at thunderbird from up beat disco to the sounds of today. friday they are open 7:30 -11pm and sunday they are open 1- 5pm I love Westlake I invite everyone to come skate with me at Westlake on fridays and sundays. Westlake might be a little smaller, but once you skate there you will fall in love and never think about that old rink in Plano

I grew up skating at WestLake Garland and ThunderBird. I have been going to socials my whole life since I was 6 and I am 32 now. I wanted to give my children the same wonderful experience that I had sketing and take them to ThunderBird until I called there and the old, original owner answered the phone. I asked for Jason and she snapped back at me that they had taken the rink back over and no one from the old staff was there any longer. My heart sank. I have know this lady for YEARS and she is quite evil. I know what kind of rink she runs and it is NOTHING i would take a child into. They should be ashamed of themselves for stealing the rink away from people who knew how to run it and loved to help people and take care of customers. I hope that the police investigate this place and shut it down. Wherever my people went from the awesome old staff, I would love to find y'all and come skate where ever you are at. But until then, I guess I am driving to Lewisville or Garland!!!

We used to love this place but it is completely ruined now. The new management has no idea how to run a customer service based enterprise. She is argumentative and extremely RUDE. My husband tried to use a "Thunderbuck" which gives you a dollar off entry fee. The manager said no, they were from the old management, so he asked if they could honor them on skate rentals. She went nuts! He had four 10 year olds with him and they had to witness her whole tantrum. It was disgusting. We were planning a party at Thunderbird with about 65 6th graders, but we will definitely go to the Lewisville rink now. SAD what bad management can do. As long as she is in charge, the shine is off that place.

Stay away! We used to love to skate at Thunderbird, but since the new management has taken over, I would never go back to this place. They are not only rude and condescending, but just don't care a bit about their customers. I am sure this rink is going to have to shut down soon. Hours are inconsistent, management is not flexible, skates are horrible, and customer service is severely lacking.

Recently, I held a birthday party at Thunderbird. Yeah, I knew it was a bad idea when I found out it was cash only, but nostalgia kicked in, and I went ahead with it anyway. Let's see, the staff sucks and are horrendously rude for the most part, including the 150 year old creature that "runs" the joint. I even got followed by some creepy middle-aged guy because we were standing at the side of the not-so-busy rink, apparently a no-no for us but not others. The only mistake I made was being nice to him and letting him say his piece. I had to threaten to punch him to get him to stop; only then he realized I meant business and he scurried back under whatever rock he came out from under. Besides that, the place is a dump and is one step away from a wrecking ball, a day which will bring nothing but cheer to many people apparently. I wish I'd seen these reviews ahead of time. Enough said.

What place in the whole world only accepts cash?! The customer service is the pits. The owner is 110 years old which probably explains the cash only policy. They don't even run their air conditioning properly. Cash only... I was bringing in 4 kids and the woman argued with me over walking in with my coffee cup!!! That is just stupid. She needs to find a differnet hobby... clearly this is not a business to her. Old owners, where are you now???

I am at the skating rink right now and it is the most depressing place ever!!! I am only staying because I paid for the money. The music sucks. It feels li like I have been put into a time warp with the music. Who wants to skate to old sleepy 70's rock & roll?? It's not even the good stuff but the sleepy stuff that has no energy! Ughhh!!! I will never come back again! we skate regularly but we have collectively decided to go someplace else.

Under the old management I found it just depressing. went one time under new management and I have not been back.. listing reasons to avoid this place like the plague!! (in no particular order)
1. play extremely inappropriate music uncut version including cursing and sexual subjects. felt like I was in a strip club in the deepest part of the ghetto
2. no refs skating. there's kids falling down sitting there and tripping people.. I skated for 1 and half songs before this kid actually got off the ground, and not by being told to.
3. don't monitor or reinforce safe skating. pre teens not thinking of anyone else but themselves (inconsideration could be parenting problem too) but arms linked and skating in a row. I remember skating around the rink as a child. I feared the 3 guys in ref shirts, there is noone telling these kids to get off the rink.
4. Website down. crappy hours. just shut the place down or upgrade your staff, facility and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This is the worst! After getting skates on and put up shoes for my 3 granddaughters and me, looked for lockers to put my purse in & there weren't any. Asked & was told they could put it in office for $1. Lockers used to be 50 cents. The in-line skates for the girls were awful & they wouldn't replace them. I told the owner I would put negative comments on line & she said people who did that were stupid! Then she called me darlin' with a fake grin. I told her she was acting like a smartass. They made me leave & wouldn't let me go back in to get the girls ages 8 & 9 or tell them where their shoes were. They learned to skate there & we have always taken them there before it changed hands. I had invited a friend from work & her daughter. The friend said she would bring the girls home as they wanted to stay & skate. I will never take them there again. We will go to White Rock next time, even though it is a lot farther, since we live in Plano. These people don't have a clue about customer service. I work in retail with customers all the time, and know they will go out of business soon with this attitude!

As I read reviews, I am driven to tears. I am driven to other rinks, and I am sad to know my bad experiences that began when the original builder of the building took the rink over in March are more common than I thought possible. There is no website now. I even came across a wrong but working number on all of these directory style pages! There is more than 1 phone number out there that works and claims at least on a Thunderbird related (I think) directory website now Aug 2010.

I am skating as much as possible at better rinks: (1) Westlake Garland (Forest & Yale) where DJ Barnes begins working at the end of August and where I have observed fabulously served Birthday Parties; (2) Interskate in Lewisville (Business 121 & I35E) where the staff are great, the music is great and the hours are the best in DFW out of all of the rinks around.

We booked a July 2010 party here. It was hard getting hold of the right people on the phone to book it, I never felt comfortable that we were really on the schedule, and hoped for the best when we showed up. The rink was clean, but all of the workers were about as unhelpful and hands-off as could be. We had to repeat what we had booked three times to three different people; the party hosts were in charge of handing out the appropriate tickets; we had to ASK to be let into the party room; had to retrieve our own forks; had the wrong drinks; had to ASK to let our child do the money machine -- after we'd already been there 2 hours; and were quickly kicked out of the party room. The money machine is definitely a rip -- one hand only, no pockets, etc. My 6-year-old was less than thrilled with the $2 she got.

On the plus side, the skating part was fun. If you just want to skate, Thunderbird is fine. As a party venue, I'd find something else -- ice skating is in N. Texas now!!

Pros: Fast floor, but what's the point?

Cons: Blah DJ's and music, money goes to shady business thieves

We attended a birthday party at Thunderbird Roller Rink this past weekend and had a blast! I had heard that the rink was closing, but it is not! I t is up and running. The original owner has taken the rink back over and has really made some positive changes. My children had a blast!!! We will definitely be spending our summer at Thunderbird.

Recently (6/30/2010) I took my two daughters and their friends to Thunderbird. I knew it was under new managment, but wanted to give it a try. I had to call to get their summer hours because their website has been 'parked'. We arrived at 1:30 - but could not get in until 2:00 because the recording for their hours was incorrect. Finally inside...it was very quiet....There wasnt' a buzz of excitement...just still. My daughter had trouble getting inline skates that were adequate...finally after they changed the wheel on the 3rd and last pair of 7's that they had...she started skating and somehow the boot came detached from it's platform....unusable...in tears....she said I never want to come back here again. After 45 minutes of trying to get skates to work, she finally put them on the counter and sat out. Meanwhile, the skating was a totally bummer...I tripped over what I thought was a piece of gum on the floor....went back around to find a black plastic piece of something...continuing to skate, I ended up picking up 6 more pieces of this black plastic stuff. It just seemed sad to me that it wasn't more taken care of. The vibe and coolness of Thunderbird is gone...their is are no cool young skaters that work there anymore...you know the ones...in the black and white shirts always skating backwards on the floor and doing fun tricks ...and no DJ...and no 'dice game' or 'red light green light' or any other games for that matter...just skating around and around. I'm sorry to say, the thrill is gone...and my whole family is sad.

Thunderbird Roller Rink is not closed. For those of you who heard this information I am here to let you know that its simply being run by the original owner. And when my family and I went for an open session the other night...that place was extraordinarily ran and managed...music was awesome. Its the kind of place you feel save to leave your kids there! This is where me and my family will be coming for birthdays and so should you!

We attended a party for a family friend and everyone had a great time. It is my understanding the owner has taken the rink back over from the former renters. I noticed some things were missing, like the games and the ATM machine. My friend asked about the games and they said they are in the process of gettin new games. The owner told my friend she is working on getting more things back at the rink...like an ATM since they don't take credit cards right now. Our experience was a good one. While the place is old, and the skates need some work...overall, I think it is a nice place to have a party. A few weeks after the party my husband and I took our children to skate on a Friday night. The crowd was mostly young teens. However, there were some families there, and it was nice entertainment for our kids on a Friday night. I'd say give the new management a chance. It seems they are still trying to sort things out. We will be going back in the summer and thinking about doing a priv ate party too.

I not sure that i like this new Thunderbird. The workers are old and not young. The manager took away all of the young, teen, nice, and hard workers, but now Thunderbird has changed that's why all of my friends have stopped going. I had some of the best memories, but now i just don't want to go anymore. It's just not fun anymore :( I miss Thunderbird.

We celebrated my 6 yr old's bday party here just last Saturday May 8th, 2010. The entire reason my daughter wanted her party here was because of the money machine that the birthday kids get to do when celebrating their birthday. I've had 2 previous birthday parties there for my oldest daughter who was 6 and 7 for those parties. On her 6th birthday in the money machine they let her use both hands to grab cash and on her 7th bday only one hand. Well, her little sister just turned 6 and thus I assumed she'd be able to use both of her hands to grab cash. Not the case. In fact, I tapped one of the women on the shoulder who was working the money machine and was informed that "they are under new management and this is not what they do anymore". My poor daughter looked so distraught and defeated in that machine unable to grab any money at all. This just broke my heart. And upon hearing their reason for saving themselves an extra 3 bucks in revenue, I responded with "this will be the last party we have here". I think new management needs to keep in mind the little one's and make changes in that direction. Seems petty, I know, but if you just saw her poor little face you might have been a little upset about it too. They just didn't seem to care. Very disappointing to say the least.

We held my daughter's 6th birthday party at the Thunderbird Skating rink (9/5/09) and it was a great party! We were very impressed with the service. We had a private party so we had the whole place to ourselves. Our party hostess was completely on top of all the details and our DJ was awesome! We had so much fun (even all the moms and dads)! So yes, the outside isn't much to look at but the inside is nice and clean and we felt our party rocked!! I would recommend it to anyone.

I have gone to Thunderbird roller rink since I was in school. It isn't new, but it is clean and well maintained.

I love that they offer stroller skating once a week. Moms or dads can bring their little one in a stroller and skate around the rink with them. It is so much fun and a great way to get exercise!

This place brings back many memories from my own childhood. We go twice a month for home school skate. The facility is old, but clean. They have a good snack bar. The staff is always friendly. We have also been on a Friday evening for a birthday party.

Living in Plano for almost 5 years, my daughter has been to Thunderbird on many occasions and had an enjoyable experience. We planned her birthday party there this year (5.6.07) and had just a few issues.

First, I ordered the party with food package (kids pick a hot dog, nachos or pizza) but when I arrived they only gave the option of ordering full pizzas. Second, our party host was in and out leaving me to refill the kids drinks, start the cake and keep the party organized. Normally, a party host is there to do everything so the parents can enjoy the party too.

They only give you 30 minutes in the party room, which isn't enough time to eat pizza, sing happy birthday, eat cake and open gifts. We had to finish opening gifts in the food area.

The price is good for what you get. We had 14 kids, 2 pizzas and paid $120. I have to say I was more impressed with the DJ who was able to play a Disco CD that we brought for our Disco party. Just don't expect the high school kids who work there to do much more.

You can rent out the skate center for private parties with a minimum of 30 skaters for about $10 per person.

Pros: cheap parties or events
Cons: staff isn't always friendly

Wow!! Too much fun! The music is great and I love the D.J.'s! The staff is really nice. Friday nights are the best. Also, private parties are sooo much fun, you get the whole place to yourself.

This is a nice rink. It may not have all the bells and whistles but the inside is kept in good shape. The staff is awsome & I can't believe someone said they looked like serial killers. I guess it goes to show how snobby many of the Plano moms can really be. I have skated at most rinks in the DFW area and I really like this one because it has a real nice feel to it. This rink is also the only rink in the DFW area that offers private lessons as well as group lessons.

PROS: Private lessons offered & helpful friendly staff
CONS: It's located in Plano and I live in Fort Worth

Thunderbird skate rink is an indoor roller skating rink for kids and adults. You can rent the skates for a nominal fee. They cater for birthday parties and you get to have the whole place just for your party. They have a DJ of sorts who is in charge of your party and gets the whole crowd involved on the rink. Prices seem pretty reasonable.

I enjoy skating at Thunderbird with my kids, and would certainly send them there alone when they're old enough. The building is old, but the staff are (very) friendly, the inside is clean, the skate floor is in good condition and the entry price is reasonable. From the outside it doesn't look encouraging, and its location is run-down, but once inside it's completely different. Skates and blades (an additional $3 charge) are kept in good condition, the food area is clean, and its a really kid-friendly atmosphere.

PROS: Really friendly staff, well run, clean with well-kept skates
CONS: Old building looks bad from the outside.

All of the roller skating events are held at Thunderbird. It's a nice and clean place. Roller skates and roller blades are both available, though Roller Blades cost extra. It has a snack stand, video games, and private rooms for parties. The only drawback... it's way on the east side of Plano. It would be nice if it were in central Plano so people from all areas don't have to travel far.

PROS: Prices, clean, fun, private rooms
CONS: Location
