Whatever I asked the contractors at Dr. Roof for while they were doing my roof, they did it without a problem. I'm glad I choose them.

I have several homes on the coast and Dr. Roof is the ONLY company I will have work on them. I have had a range of projects completed over the years, some small like cleaning my gutters out, replacing a broken window and some larger projects as well like 2 new roofs, new siding and a deck built.
I appreciate the fact that they are always professional, have a well trained staff and use quality materials that I know will hold up to the weather conditions on the coast.

This was a terrible experience. From the beginning, communication with Dr. Roof was terrible -- they didn't return calls, missed appointments, and generally operated on their own schedule rather than mine. The real offense is that, without permission, they ripped the old roof off and then left it with the roof off for two months while they dodged my calls and made excuses about being busy. I had to go find someone else to finish the work.

My family and I are completely ashamed of this company! We made the mistake of having them replace our roof that was old as well as fix some interior sheetrock damage we had. The crew is lazy and smelt of marijuana pretty badly! Our sheetrock was left crooked and an eyesore, our roof has blown off at the slightest of winds. We now have buckets in our living and dining rooms catching the rain from our now leaking brand new roof (we didn't have a leaky roof before!) Their only concern was collecting a check but we sent only half until they can fix what they did, of course we haven't recieved any type contact. We are now having to pay a legit company to fix what dr.roof has done. We spoke with a local business owner who I going through a similar issue with them, he had to pay over $8,000 to have his "new" roof removed and redone by someone else, thats not fair! There are way too many great companies here to have to settle, dont make the same mistake we did.

Dr. Roof is a outstanding company. When my roof was damaged in last years wind storm they sent a crew right out to nail down plastic sheeting to protect my home, when time and work load permitted they made the necessary repairs and it's almost impossible tell the old roof from the new repairs. Great company with very fair prices. Highly recommend.
