north pointe express care is full of crap,customers dont know the real stuff that goes on.for instance.they often dont have the correct amount of oil for the customer,so they would often mix verious types of oil together to make the sale.north pointe dont have many customers,so they try to milk the customers for what they have.they would dirty the air filter then tell the customer he or she needs a new one.some times they would bring a customer's car in the bay knowing they didnt have the oil,this a a constant thing,the customer looses out.i know because i used to work there for three years! tracy the manager trained us how to burn the customers.he trained us how to accuse the customers of messing up thier own car.for instance.if we brake it,we blame the customer.if it didnt get done,we blamed the customer.it was drilled into our heads to never let a customer say we did something wrong even when we did it's always the customer's fult that we messed up there cars according to tracy danis.he the one who trained us to work for him like that.tracy's motto is,hell with the customers get the money!

This is the place we take all our cars for oil changes and inspections. You are never pressured to "buy" extra services or be "scared" into thinking there is something wrong with your car. The people are friendly and very helpful. The manager offers you his advice that is not based on the amount of money it will bring in. They are never so busy that they can't get you in and out quickly. I recommend this over Jiffy Lube any day.
