Ben Hafez-Amini and also Ben K are both liars and dealership sells lemons.
I bought this 2008 Jeep wrangler from Dallas Roadster at around 110,000 miles in February 2015.

I drove my 2008 Jeep and my first engine that blew up was at 111,648. Dallas Roadster replaced my motor with a used motor and I got my jeep back 45 days after I had given the jeep to them with a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty from Ben K. I got the Jeep back on 6/10/2015 with a bill of $2,620.00. I paid $300 on 5/15/2015 before I picked up my jeep on 6/10/15. Less than 500 miles later my engine blew up again and I was told to bring the jeep back to them. We found out that they did not replace the engine oil pump and it made the engine blew up. They kept my jeep for another month without telling me anything. No calls no follow ups nothing.

I finally got a call in July 23rd that my jeep was ready again and I gave them $400 so I can get it out of the shop. I was driving the jeep for less than 3000 miles and the jeep starting to make a ticking noise again. I then took it to my near by mechanic shop called Drivers Edge and they heard the knock tooI wanted a second opinion so I took it to Mckinney Jeep and Dodge and they also heard the knocking noise and told me it was coming from one of my pistons. I called Dallas Roadster and told them about the issue and they asked me to bring it in.Ive had nothing but bad experience with this dealership so I was really reluctant bringing my 2008 jeep back to Dallas Roadster. On 12/24/15 my jeep died again and the mileage was 120,480 miles on the odometer.

When it got thereI didnt get a call for 3 days before I called them repeatedly several times to talk to Ben K. Once I got him on the phone he said the void was warrantied because I had put bigger tires on my jeep. So they charged me for the Tow to Dallas Roadster $100.00 and was told to get my jeep out of their shop. I got a professional opinion from several shops and asked them specifically if the bigger tires had anything to do with blowing up my engine and each of the shops said no. If Wells Fargo needs it, I can get a professional opinion from them if needed. So Dallas Roadster told me to go and get my jeep and get it out of their shop because they no longer wanted to work on my jeep under the warranty.

I had called Christian Brothers Automotive Repair 19020 Midway Road Dallas Texas 972-380-2886 and had them come pick it up. Also when talking to Ben K at Dallas Roadster he lied to be and said that my jeep blew up because it had water in the intakeWhen the jeep was picked up on 12/31/15 by Christian Brothers. My jeep was all torn apart and half my engine was in my rear cargo area. Christian Brothers told me they found no sight of water in my intake. Finally I found a shop that would actually fix my vehicle on 12/31/15. Im not sure exactly what else you needed to get my money back but they have had many cases like this. I will never go back to Dallas Roadster.
If you ever have an issue fight with your credit card company. Visa gave me back my money after 2 months of fighting with them.

I bought a mini and noticed an oil leak under the car. it was the hoses for the power steering. i asked the dealer ,if I buy the parts , will they put them on for me for free? (they did). so, I purchased the vehicle and am quite satisfied with their end of the bargain. but I did have to replace the brakes on it as well. which I did myself. I knew i was buying a used car, so I feel I got what I paid for

I purchased a 2008 750Li from Dallas Roadster just the other day. Unlike so many other experiences at the "used car dealer," this one was a joy to work with. They did not engage in any of those pressure tactics, very friendly, very helpful, made sure a number of minor repairs were properly done on the car - BMW window shades. Very good financing. I can't say enough about these guys. By the way, the 750 is unbelievable. Great car. I will be back.

Over the course of 9 years myself & family have purchased 6 cars from Dallas Roadster. We have been satisfied with every transaction, they have extremely clean cars, great financing options & a professional, courteous staff. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to purchase a reliable high end vehicle.

I bought an 08 Infinity G35 from these guys a few weeks back and I must say it has been one of the better buying occurences in my many auto purchasing experiences. These guys jumped through loops to make the deal happen for me and I really felt as if what they were doing was tailored towards me as a customer and fullfiling all my expectations. They more then superseded there well known reputation and I will definitely be going back to purchase the rest of my cars from them in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a quality used luxury auto!!

Drove 250 miles to purchase a BMW M3 from Dallas Roadster, however there were several problems with the vehicle (defect with tire sensor system, missing manual, service history, sat nav dvd, tire compressor, and car was overdue an oil change). Dealer refused to rectify all of these issues prior to purchase, suggested I buy the vehicle anyway and battle BMW to fix sensors under warranty, download a manual from ebay etc... Really? Spend over $50k on a broken vehicle? When I suggested they rectify the problems and ship the vehicle to me at their expense, they refused. They wasted a day of my life that I will never get back. Nice, shiny vehicles, but look below the surface before you buy.

Jerry was my salesman, and while he did take a long time to get the deal done, I was very happy and satisfied with my purchase. They even fixed the sunroof that was leaking (for free) after I made the purchase.

Ben & Ben and their small, long-time staff will definitely take care of you! They have two small-to-medium size car lots and specialize in gently-used high-end cars, but can find you anything you want. They give true personal service, so if you're tired of fooling with the salesguy that got hired this morning at the huge-o dealership, go to Dallas Roadster and get what you want.
