Carol Fields is terrific! I originally went to her because I bought a Groupon for microdermabrasion. The micro was great and I thought I would go back just for that, but Carol suggested a LESS expensive service that she thought would be better for me. I went back for the suggested facial with light micro, and it was great because it also incorporated massage and relaxation. I would definitely recommend calling Carol to find out how she can help you, and I will be back for sure (my next appointment is already booked!!).

You will fell a sense of calm as soon as you walk through the door. It smells, sounds and feels like pure relaxation! They have the best chiropractor in town as well as yoga and massage. I have not tried the yoga or massage but have only heard wonderful things about all of their services...and I'll be sure to try them in the near future. Breathing Space is a fantastic, much needed addition to Fayetteville!
