I don't know where these other reviewers ate, but it could not have been the Station Restaurant! This place is terrible. Over priced and gross food. I had a mushroom swiss burger....the mushrooms were the canned slimy ones. Just taken out of a can and heaped on a burger. NASTY! They don't serve tap water (guess that's too difficult) and make you purchase a bottle of water. Service was awful. Food was flavorless and wayyyyyyyyyyy overpriced! It's not kid friendly either. One stall in the restroom is padlocked with a sign that says baby changing station is available across the street! Horrible service; horrible food; horrible experience! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Everytime my husband and I visit Bryson City, we always eat at the Station Restaurant. We love their food and the service has always been great. This past weekend, we even hosted a gathering. Julie and her staff took care of every detail and our guests had a wonderful experience. If you love great food and wonderful, friendly service, I highly recommend this restaurant.

I am a big water drinker, they do not serve tap water. I had the Santa Fe Chicken, the rice had dry, chunky parts, the black beans had what seemed like canned nacho cheese sauce. Other problems; non-carbonated Coke, stale bun, soggy french fries, rice pilaf that seemed to be made from a mix. The trout was good.

Wonderful place to go with your family. We will go back next time we are in the area. Beats bojangles which is where we normally have breakfast. Great view of the train.
