Town East Ford Sales Inc

Awful experience. Questionable business practices. Send a copy of my concerns to the TX AGC. I found a car on their web site for a specific price and when it came down to crunching the numbers (i) I wasn't given the advertised price of the car in the financed calculation; (ii) when I insisted that I get the priced as shown on the Internet the 2nd finance consultant said I would get the price but my finance rate would be 18%. Based on the payment I was presented the numbers were still WAY more than they should have been; I added in tax-title-lic, plus 18% interest, plus an additional $1000 just trying to get to the payment. When I called back the next day and asked what numbers were represented in the payment, I was told I would be called back and of course that didn't happen.

I had TWO wrecks in a 6 week period (neither my fault!) and both times my vehicle was taken to Town East Ford's Collision center. They did a great job in completing the work in a timely manner and the communication with the Town East staff was really good.
