Petals A Florist

I have never had a bad experience with any of the flowers or the customer service provided by Petals, A Florist! This is by far the BEST florist in town, and I'd recommend them for any floral need, party needs, ETC ETC!!!!! They are always willing to help.

I purchased an arrangement for my wife selecting the premium spray which was $30 more than what the $44.95 version that was pictured on the website. I verbally requested a morning delivery and was told that was not a problem. She got the exact item that was pictured and they were delivered to her office at 4:30 in the afternoon. She had to return to work to get her flowers having left for the day. When I called, I was told the website was not there's it was a teleflora site with there name and number, That I got $75 worth of flowers - had the order been received by them for the listed price of $44.95 they would have called me and declined it. Yet when I called them before the order was filled nothing was said about this. I called when I discovered the problem which was when my wife brought the flowers hoe and was told they had a 24 hour guarantee. I was told there was no record of the AM delivery and to almost quote the lady, I was told "It seems to me we went above and beyond to accomadate", because they didn't have the actual flowers and got them ordered. I say baloney, she didn't not off to reciprocate at all.

The staff has great ideas and always listen and accomodate to your needs. We have used them for my daughter's dances, funerals, and I send my wife some on Valentine's Day. The flowers are fresh and smell good.

We have used Petals for flowers for dances, displays for funerals and sending plants for businesses. Petals and the staff always have very creative and unique ideas. I would recomend using them for any occassion.

I always go to Petals A Florist for all of my dances. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They always suggest cute ideas for boutineer colors.

I went here to buy a bouqet for my friend's birthday. The associate helped me pick out the best bouqet. The associate was very knowledgable about the flowers and told me that each flower in my bouqet, according to the type and color, had a meaning. She was very sweet and also made other suggestions on how to maintain the flowers for a long time. My friend absolutely loved the flower. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a beautiful set of flowers that doesn't burn a hole in your wallet1

This flower shop has the best selection of roses around. I had been searching for these really rare type of sterling roses that are very hard to find in Texas. Low and behold, a friend told me about Petals A Florist and sure enough, they had a large selection of what I was looking for. The flowers were alive and healthy and not over-priced. It was so nice to find what I was looking for right in my back yard as well. The people were so nice and I have gone back many times after my first visit. This is a great place. Highly recommend visiting it once and you will be hooked.
