Atria Campana Del Rio

I think the reviewer Barbara is thinking of someplace else - a room with a small TV and VCR doesn't constitute a movie theatre. This is a large facility on the north side of Tucson. Used to be very nice, but has gone downhill significantly in recent years. There used to be beautiful grass and flowers, now everything has died due to neglect.This last week, there was a call for residents to volunteer to help water plants. It used to be that there were sufficient staff and now work orders sometimes take more than a week. Transportion is sketchy,the food is disappointing, and maintenance has fallen off the grid. I'd look elsewhere before choosing Atria Compana del Rio.

This retirement & Assisted Living complex is HUGE... out is country on 5 acres... with apartments and town houses.... the facility has movie theatre.... chapel... huge library... they also have secured area for those with memory loss.... their staff here are awesome... so friendly and warm.... makes you feel at home...
