1 Stars: horrible place (by firsthillguy)

The other 5 star reviews for this place are obviously fake, they are ALL from people with 1 review and some of them are all from the same day (4 5 star reviews on ONE day?) Avoid this dump

2 Stars: Cheesy (by MadisonParker)

If you want to go to a club that's filled with people who think they're in a music video, full of dudes who have perfected the "drive by grinding," just haven't met your bottle blonde quota for the day, or think it's great to be surrounded by tourists or other folks who don't know any better, then by all means go to Trinity. It's too bad too 'cuz I actually like a lot of the DJs who spin here. I'd just rather catch 'em on the nights that they're spinnin' elsewhere.

1 Stars: THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE OBVIOUSLY WRITTEN BY OWNER/STAFF (by TrustMeNotThem)

Probably the worst bar experience I have ever had in my entire life. The main male bartender at the front bar is a pretentious P.O.S that I hope someday gets pulled over the bar and dragged outside into the streets. The club is pretty nice as far as the layout is concerned, the place appeared clean and the DJ in the front room spun very good tracks. The girl/guy ratio was actually very good but you need to get there before 10 because you'll get in free and if you wait until 11:30ish then you probably will not get in AT ALL if you are a guy. Overall it was a good nightclub experience and it would have been the entire package if that snooty buttstuffer bartender was fired.

3 Stars: Fun Scene (by K U.)

Ive been to Trinity a few times and Ive always enjoyed the music, lights, and dancing. Though, it does get a bit crowded and its not as big as I expected it to be. Trinity is definitely a fun place to go to with a group of girls or guys. I would not recommend it for couples.

3 Stars: Unique & cool layout (by Travis B.)

I was at the bar for a bartenders ball. The lines were a bit long, but that was expected. The drinks were good, reasonablly priced and the place has multiple rooms and floors, so its fun to roam around and see all the people.

1 Stars: The Innermost Circle of Hell (by sucker101)

This place is the best place in the world--if you happen to be be a pretentious git lacking the common sense of a garden slug. The line is ungodly long, the drinks are overpriced and watered-down and the clientele...well, if you're as deep as a mud puddle and just as interesting, you'll fit right in here. Prepare to have tequila slopped all over you by girls whose only charms hang out of their shirts and vapid man-children without even those charms. Brace yourself to be trampled by the rudest freaks this side of a Klan meeting and cash in your 401(k) if you plan on having more than 1 or two drinks that you don't have to ring out of your shirt. I'd rather spend my night reading Scientology books while having my genitals beaten with a ball-peen hammer. All in all, this place isn't worth the time you've just spent reading this review. The only complimentary thing I can say about this place is that my hour there was the second most positive experience I've ever had in Pioneer Square. But I've only partied down there 6 or 7 times. My recommendation: you'll probably have a better time @ Earl's on University Ave.

5 Stars: Great dance club and bar for your birthday or other celebration! (by andreaGe)

This is one of the best dance clubs in Seattle. The place has two different large dance floors allowing your friends lots of options. They play the latest music with packed dance floors that you can feel comfortable joining all throughout the night! The security is professional and efficient getting you in the door. People are required to dress fairly nicely, so you don't have the same sketchy feel as you do at other pioneer square dance clubs. The bar carries top shelf liquor at slightly lower than average prices for Pioneer Square. The cover is $10-15 on Fridays and Saturdays, so you may want to get there early. The club doesn't close until 3 AM on Saturdays allowing for more celebration with you friends. This is definitely a young professional 20s hangout. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a fun night out!

5 Stars: Clubwise: One of Seattle's BEST! (by sinbabeyo)

If you're looking for an upbeat swanky club to get your party on you should def consider Trinity. For those accustomed to a nightlife of grimy, crowded, over-rated, under-aged, cheap, rude, and put your safety at risk venues than I can see why Trinity comes off as snobby to you. It is simply the best club in town, especially in the Pioneer Square area. It?s a legit business and upholds high standards unlike so many of the other clubs in the area that continuously close and open their doors. I?ve taken out-of-town and out-of-country visitors, thrown birthday parties, ladies-night-out, and partied just for the fun of it and it?s always been good times at Trinity. Never once have I been concerned about mine and other?s safety. Saturday nights are the best in my opinion, but guest DJs, bollywood nights, and other themed parties are fun too. Love the separately decorated rooms, two floors, and assortment of music; there?s always enough space to get away from the crowds if you need to and seating to rest your feet. And of course important for the ladies, the bathrooms are always spotless CLEAN! Def one of my fav clubbing spots!!

4 Stars: Great for a night out! (by chubbybunnyone)

This place has three rooms, but there is really just one main dance floor, and it's always so packed on Friday and Saturday nights that you get pushed and shoved as people try to push through the crowd. It gets so hot in there that I need to go outside and cool down at least a couple times a night or I'll have melted by the end of the night. The music here is good and it's mostly Top 50 stuff. The "blue room" is the techno room and there are people dancing in there, but it's usually pretty empty. There is definitely a difference between the Friday night crowd and the Saturday night crowds.

Some of the bouncers are rude and will try to find any reason they can to not let you inside. I've had friends who were forced to pay to get in even though they saw their name on the VIP list and they were there before 11pm. I've also had a friend who tried to get in with his REAL ID and was accused of using a fake and not allowed inside the club even though a policeman verified his ID. I've also had another friend who was kicked out simply because he was standing outside the bathroom waiting for me! It was early in the night and he'd only had one drink, so he definitely wasn't anywhere even near drunk. Bouncers have ruined the night for me more than anything else at this club.

1 Stars: DONT WASTE UR TIME!!!! (by Foodaddy)

One of the worst clubs that I have ever been to. The staff was not very friendly and did not seem to know what was going on most of the time. The business has a online web site that allows you to RSVP but I guess they don't get that info. to the other staff that night. The inside of the club is just as bad as the outside. It is as if they keep it dark, not for the atmosphere, but so you don't see the holes in the walls. We came up from Houston TX to see the Seattle night life and this is deff. not it. Would never go again.

4 Stars: The Goods and the Bads (by passenger911)

The club was nice overall, the music was hot, and i love the crowd. The environment was great! However, the bathroom is gross, one of the worse i've seen. Most of the staff was okay, but this one bartender just totally ignored us one time. Every now and then the service just plain bad.

4 Stars: Worth the time to visit (by jenhjenh)

While in Seattle recently I visited Trinity my first night there. I just thought I'd write a review to keep you updated. There are 3 rooms, not as big as they make it seem on the club's website but decent. The main room played top 40, hip hop, and mix. The blue room had house (not too crowded on a Friday night) and the third room was an asian themed lounge and the dj played hip hop there as well. NO rude doorman in my opinion but I did overhear one of them be rude to some other customers. I didn't have to wait long for my drinks and there was a $10 cover with $2 coat check. The main room was very crowded but I like it like that = )

1 Stars: WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I WILL NEVER GO BACK... (by caseylevi)

The staff was so rude. The service was slow, the bathrooms smelt, and only had one working toliet. The club itself was beautiful, and I liked the diffrent rooms you could go into, but it wasn't nice enough to make up for the people who work there. I wounldn't recommened it to anyone, if you want service and a friendly bartender go somewhere else, your not going to get it here.

1 Stars: HORRIBLE service. STAY AWAY. BETCHY / attitudey staff. yuck. (by giababygirl)

trinity staff is HORRIBLE.. rude, grumpy, stuck up... the line people aren't even close to friendly. rude, && grumpy would be a much better way to describe it. the bartender was a COMPLETE BETCH. i ordered a corona, she slammed something else on the counter, i asked her what was going on, she said they didn't have anymore corona's, they were all out, && that it would be $12. ( $12 for a mixed drink && the beer. ) i told her that i didn't want it, that i would rather have a heinekin, && she got even more snippy / stuck up / betchy. she put her chin up, sniffed, && started babbling under her breath, then like, grabbed the beer off the counter, && was looking for somewhere to put it. then she settled for slamming it down on the other side, then getting my heinekin, which she was totally snooty about, then also slamming it down on the counter. she acted like I was the biggest pain in the butt in the world or something, just cause i wasn't drunk enough to just go with what she was giving me. hello. if someone asks for something, && you don't have it YOU TELL THEM THAT. not try to like trick them into buying it. she was all butthurt that i asked for something else. of course, my luck, she ended up serving us all damn night. = /.

in short, i will be sticking to venom. the door people are always friendly, as well as the people who let you in. the bartenders are nice, everyone is just great there. the only way i'll ever end up at trinity again, is if i get dragged in there. oh. && trinity's music selection is stupid. unless of course you want to listen to bon jovi, && journey when you're out getting your dance / party on. i hate when they play realllyyyy old un club like stuff.

5 Stars: I had fun!!! (by justbecuzz)

I really had a good time at Trinity...I?ve gone a couple of times in the last few weeks. The up for it crowd and quality of DJ?s ensure week in and week out this is one awesome party!

A KISS Radio DJ (Ii think his name was Victor...) headlined the main room. I arrived shortly after midnight and the party was already in full swing. GET THERE EARLY....there was a long line.

I spent nearly the whole night in the main room, then went to the blue room. House is currently what I like for sound, and to hear it in one of my favorite clubs was a real treat. The tasty, funky and dirty beats were just the prescription I needed.

I ventured back into the main room for a bit, and met some really cool people. The floor was rocking the whole night. Just as the crowd was beginning to flag a little, someone else started djing. His combination of party Techno and break beats was just the antidote! With his technical skills and the quality of music at the minute this was a truly excellent set.

The staff was borderline on edge...but, I would be too if I worked with 1000 people every weekend. They are just doing the job they get paid to do?and that?s keep up party goes safe.
I will continue to go to Trinity...it was fun.

2 Stars: Bad Service, OK Music, So-so Club (by maintraveler)

My boyfriend and I visited this club on Saturday night and found the music to span from P.Diddy to ACDC. Huh? Club atmosphere is crowded which does leave you much room to dance. When my boyfriend and I started dancing on the outside corner of the dance area where there was no one, we were taped on the shoulder by the staff and he pointed in the dance floor which had no room. It seems that the staff is rude and we wanted to have some fun, so we left this club early for another one. By the way, if you forget your jacket at the coat check you are not allowed back in, so make sure you have your ticket on you.........

5 Stars: Looking for a bumping club that guarantees a good time? Trinity delivers with hot people, great music, and friendly staff (by osu2pdx)

After mistakingly looking to club in bell town on the saturday of our labor day road trip to Seattle to visit a deaf friend of ours we were looking to go big on sunday. Luckily we saw the flier for the Sunday night labor day party hosted by playmate of the year Sara Jean. Sounded about right. We arrived before ten to avoid cover to a mostly empty club, but the party had just gotten started. Before things picked up we bs'd with the door staff and bartenders who contrary to past reviews were nothing but chill guys and treated us great, one of the bouncers even spoke ASL and introuduced our friend to a deaf promotoer friend of his. We got warmed up with a variety of drinks, all plenty strong and suprisingly well priced (5 dollar microbrew pints, 7 dollar long islands). The club itself feels like 3 spots in one, the dark classy chinese themed room with a large bar and good seating, the odd but entertainining blue room with a bar upstairs, and various upstairs conversation/VIP areas. Finally theres the large main dance floor with a wraparound bar. All rooms were playing the same music on a bumping sound system which played a big variety of great mixes throwing together everything from hip hop to old cuts to techno/house. The crowd was attractive and the dancing was awesome, there wasnt a dull moment from open to close.

3 Stars: Guy at the door very rude! Once inside the club, it was a blast! (by shar01)

The guy at the door "checking" IDs and the guest list was completely rude. I had signed up to be on the VIP list because I was hosting a bachelorette party - I signed up for 6 people to be on the VIP list with me for the bachelorette party.
2 of my friends and I were "okay" to go into the club, the 3 other girls were hassled and I told the guy that I had signed them up for the VIP list also. Apparently they weren't on the list and when I explained to him that yes I did know how to use a computer and had infact signed up my friends and me at the same time for VIP status, he became angry. He eventually let them in with a huge sigh all the while glaring at me and giving me the look of death.
Once inside the club we all had a great time, drinks were strong and worth the $6. The place was packed, played great music, and provided great eye candy (bartenders and patrons alike).
I would probably go back to Trinity, however next time I would make sure everyone was individually signed up for the VIP list since it was such an ordeal and the guy granting access was rude.

5 Stars: Best club in Seattle...HANDS DOWN (by iceman777)

I am reading some reviews below and cannot believe them! Trinity is by far the best club in Seattle. Best music, service, drinks, atmosphere, etc. It has got it all. VIP is SOOO cool and they take care of the club very well. I am seeing some hating towards the bouncers and, yes, they are a little stoic. But that's the way I want a club to be. It keeps everyone in-line and a safe place to party. Trinity reminds me of a Vegas-style club with the lights and very strong DJ's they bring in.

Bottomline is that if you are looking to go to a place where the best time is had and hottest women are, go to Trinity. If you want pleasant talkative bouncers who cater to your every whim, I suggest rolling over to the Eastside and having a bottle of wine at the Chateau Ste Michelle. This place is gametime for party-goers. Stop whining and enjoy the ride.

5 Stars: Strong drinks, friendly staff, great atmosphere!!! (by redrum206)

I would strongly recommend Trinity Nightclub to anyone from out of town or someone who hasn't been yet... They've been around for a couple years and for a good reason. The bar staff are friendly and make your drinks quickly, security is always around but not in your face, and there's lots of space/different rooms to dance or just chill and have a conversation...

The Trinity resident DJ's are always playing the hottest hits as well as mixing in some old school favorites so you're guaranteed to have a great night out!

5 Stars: Hands Down, the Best Nightclub in Seattle (by cgseatown)

This is a long-overdue mention of the classiest nightclub in the city. From the minute you walk up, you'll notice the front door staff outfitted in classy suits... a first impression of professionalisim. If your VIP, once through the private VIP/guest list line, your host personally escorts you to your red-roped leather couch seating area just up and beyond the DJ booth. From there your personal waitstaff takes drink orders from the private VIP bar! In this area you can peer over the balcony to the huge main room dancefloor below, or just watch Seattles hottest DJ's spin the tunes that shake the room. The state of the art sound system is like no other!
If your arriving via general admission, dont wait until midnight to get out of your jump off spot... this place attracts a full crowd every weekend. Once inside the clubs main enterance you'll notice a grand bar accessable from three rails. Great expedited service every time I visit. From the main room you can walk the hall as the music blends from top 40 hip hop to house to smooth funk.... yes, three rooms of music attracts all kinds of clubgoers. From the hall there are 2 more bars and two very different rooms.... the "blue room" packs up with hot women and swanky men on its dancefloor... head upstairs and you'll find seating and an overlook of the Card Room (great spot to flirt and mingle), or feast your eyes on the Blue Room dancers. As you make your way through the balcony you head back into the main room where the DJ's are always playin the hottest beats and the dancefloor never stops! If you want class, a broad spectrum of clubgoers, and options for music, Trinity is the spot for you!
There is a dress code at Trinity so dont wear your ballcaps and sweatsuits... in this place you'll wanna dress to impress! On Fridays and Saturdays in Seattle there is no other place you should be... this is the spot!

3 Stars: Avoid on all NIGHTS!! (by chillin101)

Usually I never leave reviews- but I thought I would share my AWFULL expeirence here. First of all this club is over priced. The service is awfull and i would never recommend it to anyone. Especially in the VIP section. We had to wait for almost 30 min to get our drinks!!! Don't even get me started on teh music. The club states that it has and R&B room as well as Dance room. The music is awfull- and they call the blue room the Dance room? AWFULL!! Now if people say this is the best club in seattle- appearantly they have not been to any other club in town. If you want to hear good dance music- go to the Last Supper!!

This club is poppin! Cool scene, i love how there are a bunch of rooms. And I can even understand that security needs to be tight in a place like that but the bouncers there are just RUDE. I won't go back there because of it and when someone asks me what I think of that night club I'm going to tell them that the bouncers are friggin rude and not to waste their time or money.

2 Stars: Snobby bouncers with nothing behind it (by jslechta)

This is the first time I have left a review, mainly because I felt that people need to know what happened to me when going to this club. When I went to this club, I was on call for work and needed to be able to go outside as needed to answer my work cell phone. When I was inside dancing, my friend noticed my credit card and id were sticking out of my back pocket and offered to hold them for me so I would not lose them. Shortly after, my cell phone rang and I went outside of the club to answer it, never walking more then 5 feet away from the bouncer. When I was done with my phone call and attempted to re-enter, the bouncer asked for my id. I explained the situation and showed him my stamp from when I had gone in initially. He refused to let me back into the club. My friends were inside, I had no way of contacting them, my coat was in the coat check and it was 40 degrees outside. The bouncer had no problems with forcing me to stand outside and wait for my friends to notice I was gone for however long that took. He did not offer to help in anyway and clearly had no interest in keeping me as a patron. I stood outside for a full 20 minutes until I finally decided to walk to my car, which was 8 blocks away, so I wouldn't freeze and so I could call my friends. My friends and I will not be returning to this club due to the way I was treated. In addition, this club is like any other in Pioneer square. There is nothing special about it and even if there were, it would not be worth being treated badly to go there.

3 Stars: I don't get it? (by sandradeen)

I thought I would be more impressed by this club based on the line outside. (I have not been to a club with a line for some time) When we walked in, we walked through curtains that had been crudely cut out of cheap black fabric and walked right past the bar's garbage cans. Nice. I don't think they have given much thought to details or ambience at this club. The decor seemed like an after-thought.
It was SO crowded in the main room that it was almost impossible to dance or walk through (around) the room.
The VIP room was nice, with dark brown leather couches, but obviously most people are not up here.
The music was good but started degenerating around 1.
I don't think it's worth the cover charge.
On a side note, there was a large percentage of Asian people at this club. Not that that means anything (I'm Asian myself) but for some people it might, esp. if you are looking to pick up someone?

3 Stars: Don't go on a big day (by evil_iggy1936)

I tried to get into Trinity on Oct 28 (the Saturday before Haloween). They advertised free cover before 10pm, but they locked the door around 9:30 and did not start letting anyone in until around 10:30. Fifteen minutes later, the staff closed the door and opened another one, preventing everyone who had been standing in line for over an hour from getting in. They did not offer any excuses or explanations.
I don't know whether the proglems were caused by general ineptitude or whether they simply don't care about their customers.
This place can be fun on an average Friday or Saturday, but I don't recommend going on a big day like haloween, new years, etc.

I have been a promoter & DJ on the Seattle nightlife scene for a long time, also tarveled extensively and enjoyed many nightclubs throughout the country, but in Seattle, Trinity takes the cake and anyone looking for fun time, good dancing featuring top notch local and international DJs, professional service, and attractive people to kick it with - should most definately add trinity to their calendar. Indeed the sound system, lighting, and ambience are without competition in SeaTown - Go There - we'll kick it!

The Kiss 106.1 party on Friday nights is really cool! They broadcast it live on the radio, so you can listen to the music in your car on the way to the club, and that's what's playing when you get there! The host Tyler is the guy from the drive at 5... he's awesome. I love dancing at Trinity on Fridays!

5 Stars: Great customer service (by seattlevip)

This Place is a cool club. It reminds me of a NY or LA club. remember to have your ID at all times, I stepped outside and tried to re-enter and they asked for my ID again. I showed them my stamp, but I then noticed the signs that said "ID required at all times" whoops.... makes sense though, I remember when I was younger and wanted to get in for free, we would copy the stamps and try to sneak in... I give Trinity props for keeping out the underage kids and obiding by the law.

All these other clubs that have been opening in the Seattle are a disappointment. Trinity has proven to be diverse and a load of fun. There is a different type of music for everyone;Hip Hop, Top 40, house, Dance...Everything. I recommend Fridays!!!

Trinity is definitely the biggest dissappointment for 2005. They no longer have their extended hours on Friday nights. And fail to mention it. Not only that but they rush you to buy drinks, then the bouncers tell you to hurry and drink them and leave.

The DJ in the hip hop section is not a DJ. Playing bad music that shouldn't be repeated like "Return of the Mac,". Didn't play one song like Kanye West, Common, Mos Def, or even Black Eyed Peas. By all means, save your money!!!

Trinity has it all. Who's idea was dim sum? It's really good, which was kind of a surprise in a nightclub. As far as the dancefloor on the weekends... out of hand. I've seen the best dj's in the world, through a finely crafted drunken fog which the superb bartending staff at Trinity helped me create. I would highly reccomend starting with happy hour drinks and food and ending when they say "sir, I greatly apologize for having to place my hands on you, but it's time to go and our staff wants to clean up!"

There can be a line late but it moves fast and the door people are freindly. Trinity nightclub is as good as any nightclub in Seattle for quality people, music, and atmosphere.

Trinity is by far the best nightclub in Seattle. It has 3 different rooms with different themes and music to accomidate everyone. Whether you like hip-hop, techno, or just some old school, it's all there. The dance floor is crowded, but there's plenty of room to move aside to cool off. The red room is more of a quieter lounge for those who want to get fresh air and talk to each other without having to scream. Very fast and friendly bartenders. I never had to wait more than 3-5 minutes to get a drink. Overall great experience.

3 Stars: A Step in the Right Direction - Kinda. (by spankmehard)

The dirty low class Bohemian is gone and a much "shinier" host has taken its place. The creators of Trinity, have made a big step that turns out to be Seattle's first small step toward large scale quality clubbing. Dance, hip hop, and top 40 are in three different rooms. What makes this location stand out from other large clubs is the decor and style of the rooms -- the hip hop room has a great funky Asian feel and the top 40 bar has a slight glamorous shine. The bartending has been professional with skills that haven't disappointed -- yet. Unfortunately, I won't make many visits because there is no hip hop dance floor -- which is the only beat that many club goers can shake to. The dance and top 40 crowds may enjoy the dressed up structure, but the hip hop crowd will desire a dance floor.

3 Stars: A wasted facelift...still looks like Boehemian (by silver_trance)

For the newcomers, Trinity gives positive impression but many that know the venue still has the appearance and energy of Boehemian. Dropped by with friends to finally experience my presence. The club just reek of wasted money you dressed it with. Once we did our walk through, we left and not a club to boast about.

5 Stars: more than a "club" (by sneves)

Theyre not exaggerating...something for everyone. It can be difficult pleasing all, but Trinity (for the first time) has found a way to attract each friend in my group. The club has diversified ages with eclectic interests all able to find a piece of fun here. To further promote its flexibility is its atmosphere. Someone with an eye for taste must have had a hand in that each room has been decorated accordingly. Not only appealing to the eye, but eager to the ear as it has a musical vibe choreographed for each room. You can see the strategy work from the floor to person because each employee seems hand picked. Great ambiance, service, musica true flair for all!

5 Stars: Nightlife with style (by clydetheglide)

This place has it all. Three completely different rooms each with there own dj , bar, crowd. You can get lost in this place, which I wouldn't mind with the quality of ladies it seems to bring. I had just about given up hope on Seattle's nightlife. Thank you to all responsible parties for making this place happen.

5 Stars: I love it! (by mtchermy)

Wow! This place is just gorgeous. Seattle has needed a club of this caliber for a long time. The service was great, the drinks were great and the setting was perfect. I spent a little time dancing in the really big room before going into the asian themed space to cool off, what a great combination. The music was pretty varied, seems like they would have something for most people. Thanks you guys, I had a great time. A+
