The food is great. The bread, the spinach pilaf is quite amazing. the pricing is competitive for the quality of food received. the design and feel of the space is as about as good as the pilaf & bread. The service is OK & there is normally a wait, so be prepared.

After waiting 30 minutes for my "15 minute take out order", I finally went to the manager to check on my order. This was after I was blatantly ignored by the bartender named Faye, presumable because I am pregnant and not ordering expensive alcoholic drinks. The manager comes back after 15 minutes, for a total wait time of 45 minutes, with our food. Although he only charged us for one meal, the food was still not worth the money. I've had flank steak that tasted better than my prime rib and my husbands steak was barely cooked (he asked for it medium). Overall, this was a terrible dining experience and we will definitely not be going back and we do not recommend this restaurant.

Jimmy's is located in Saugus on Route One. It is decorated like a typical steak house. It's noisy and fun. The steaks are great and their salads are fantastic. Kid friendly because it's noisy and they have a children's menu with mini steaks which my son loves. Prices are average about $20 per adult. Service is good, not great.
