THIS IS THE WORST FLORIST EVER DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO TREAT YOU RUDE WITH AN ATTITUDE!!!
Today I received what was suppose to be a nice surprise "thank you" from a relative. As I pulled up to my house after a day of hot, humid with major downpours all day I see a deflated ballon, soaked box of chocolates and flower bouqet with dirt and grit all over all three things. I opened the drenched card and called the florist where a woman answered the phone wasn't aplogetic just brusk and said they would replace the items but not take back the ruined things. Meanwhile I took the items in house but they were so filthy I had to clean or would have gotten all over the house. I spent 30 minuted cleaning off the dirt off the flowers and in the vase, threw away the chocolate box and ballon as they weren't salvageable.

The driver showed up not long after that and basically was a doofus " Gee, I guess I shouldn't have put them by the garage maybe by the front door." No I'm sorry or any type of accountability for his uncaring attitude. Also, he DID NOT ASK for the ruined items or cleaned items back.

Thirty minutes later I received a blustering borderline rude message from another person at the florist asking me call the back which I did and he stated that he wanted to pick up the items that were intially delivered so he could see them for himself and talk to his driver. I said "fine" bit to be frank was annoyed to be bothered again and dealing with there incompetent customer service and why didn't their driver up the ruined items. IMPORTANT: The man on the phone turned out to be the owner just like the previous review I got the feeling he was questioning whether the items were ruined and felt they were accusing me of trying to scam them. Not only was I mad, appalled, offended but felt they ruined my " thank you" present. I called them back and said I understand wanting to pick up the ruined items but was under the assumption after speaking with a women at florist ( turns out this was his wife) that I could keep the flowers since this was such screw up and I spent time cleaning the up. He rudely ut the phone down and came back rudely saying that I wasn't telling the truth. I WAS APPALLED AND DIGUSTED!!! I put the items back at the garage and do you believe they picked them up ten minutes later. I have been a sales account manager for over 20 years and if I treated any of my clients this way I would never have lasted five minutes. I completely echo the sentiments of the previous post:

They not only lost my business but every single person in the Andover and North Andover that I know--which are quite a lot of people!!
