Worst, worst worst experience ever!!!
Brought my car wan because tire pressure light wouldn't go off. When was making appointment they told me diognostics will be free because car still under warranty. When I brought it in, Jim at the counter start explaining me that diognostics may cost me something, it will depend how much time they will spend to figure out what's wrong, but most likely nothing. I agreed cause I already change all my schedules for that, and was there. After hour wait he said, that one of sensors broken, and I need to change it- it will be 35$, also he told me that I have to change all 4 tires( which I knew about anyway), and he said it must be done together. I said that I don't want to do anything for now, and they charge me 30$ for diagnosis the fact that I been told it's free didn't stop them. Was trying to argue with them, but helpless. Just pad them 30$ and left! Rediculos service!! All they care about is money, and try to sell u things u don't need!! Plus, very unprofessional providing incorrect pricing info etc. never will be back. Place looks dirty. Right after that drove down to fire tires in salem, they checked my car for free and reset my sensors- light went off!! They say it was easy fix, sometime sensors has to be reseted etc- didn't charge me a penny, even that they fix my problem!!!!

This dealership commmits fraud and should be closed down by the state attorney general. They advertise low prices for used cars on the internet, however, when you get to the delaership, the salesman raises the price 40% and tells you that the internet sales price is only for people who qualify. I went to the dealership Tuesday to help my niece buy a car. He told her that she would qualify if she was a recent college graduate. Since she is not a recent college garduate, she must pay 30% more plus an extra $2,000.00 for various "fees". I began to argue with the salesman and sales mangager, accusing them of fraud. I threatened to report them to the attorney general office. In response to my loud complaints, they agreed to sell the car for the advertised price. They also agreed to reduce the car transportation fee from $982 to $550. My neice received a good deal after 30 minutes of loud, nasty argument. Only go to this place if you ready to do verbal battle against a bunch of liars and crooks

Got a fast oil change. Dropped off my car, short wait and they didn't try to sell me on repairs my car didn't need. I was in and out with no hassle and the coupon they had sent me saved me $10.

I had a repair covered under warranty so price wasn't an issue (since Hyundai was paying for it anyway.) WHen I went in for service I wanted it to be in and out quickly with no bs. These guys made the whole thing smooth. The service person was able to explain what I needed done and give me a time frame and options. I was able to drop my car off late and pick it up late since they're open after 6.

I shopped for a Hyundai there during cash for clunkers and got a nice elantra. THe savings from my old clunker made it a nice deal. I had heard the horror stories on tv about dealerships not having many cars and then raising prices because their inventory was low and the showrooms being so packed that customers had to wait a long time and were treated poorly. Sure the store was busy and I waited longer than i would have thought to normally but once I was with a sales person he took all the time I needed and was very helpful. He helped me get the paperwork I needed and assured me that they would hold the vehicle while I tracked my previous insurance down and the price stayed the same as it had before the program started.

I got the truck I wanted down to the make/model/trim/color I was looking for. My old truck died on me and I knew what I needed and needed it fast (but didn't want to get ripped off in the process). I use my truck for work--sub contractor--and needed to have a couple things installed. They were able to install the options same day and was able to drive out that tnight.

I have been going there for car repairs and maintenance on my Hyundai Sonata for over 3 years. Due to recent problems with last 4 months visits I will no longer be bringing my car there. They took 1.5 hours to do a scheduled oil change that they normally do in 35 min., they snapped of engine cover bolts two separate times and failed to notify me (I discovered this when I opened my hood). Also, they falsely informed me that I needed new breaks, when I set up an appointment to have this done they informed me that in actuality I had over 50% of my pads left. Lastly they over billed me 2.5 hours for a job that took them 1.5 hours from start to finish. They will no longer be receiving my business and I would recommend anyone who needs their Hyundai serviced to take it to another dealership or mechanic.
