When you think of Totes you conjure up umbrellas and maybe boots. But this place has everyhting from rain jackets to bags and wallets and gloves and luggage. Sometimes there are outstanding bargains and sometimes you can save somethinfg off the retail price.
It's not a bad place to stop in if your at the outlets anyway.
