I recently had the huge task of planning an event for my entire company - over 2,000. I had never planned an event of this size so I was nervous. Of course I wanted it to be a good reflection on me. I called a catering company called Entertaining Company and they literally made my life so easy! I told them my budget, what I wanted, how many people and the next thing I know everyone is asking me how I came up with such a cool menu (themed drinks and all) so needless to say I ended up looking like a star. I'll definitely use them again!
