Autumn Woods is TURRIBLE!
by Turrible T.
Don't EVER think about moving here. It is the loudest, wildest complex I have ever lived in. My entire building is full of partying, drunk, pot smokers who love to crank the music up at all times. And if the music isn't up, then the TV is. It seems that everyone is fascinated by how much bass they can get their TV or radio to put out. I can't even relax in my own home, which is terrible. Management is unwilling to help fix the problem, and you're made to feel like the bad guy for reporting loud neighbors, even though they have a noise policy. It's cheap, but like the person said below, you pay for what you get. It's a ghetto. You're better off living in a college dorm or frathouse.

Just Say No!

I lived at Autumn woods for five years. In the beginning is was well run, and I liked living there. Under new management, the quality of life suffered.
Major complaints: young kids running the property-no sense of management, slow snow removal, slow maintence job completion, no enforcement of carport violations, poor pest control including raccoon investations, no on call for emergencies, pool rules not enforced, lighting problems both inside and outside apartment, pet waste not removed, lots of large dogs.
It is a cheap place to live, but you get what you pay for!
