My dad hired them for me to do 2 jobs- skimcoat the dining room and stairwell and 2 replace some dented siding on the house. The siding was to be done by another crew. If you read the other review about unprofessionalism and disrespect for that customer's home- I ditto that. Kitchen sink (with meat thawing in it) was used to clean tools- and he argued with me when I told him to use the tub in basement. Left water running each day in it when he was done. Nice. didn't use a drop cloth, but he did have one. dropped globs and tracked joint compound in 2 rooms and on the steps, used my tools- took a screwdriver, I called him on my 4" knife and got it back. didn't want to remove switchplate covers before skimming! Completely rude, whined ALL the time about why he was late or couldn't stay longer or his pains. The job was supposed to take 4 days- it took 12-14- as in he was IN MY HOUSE on 12-14 different days! I of course had to be here- waiting for him to show up (between 12 and 2 or 12 and 4 etc)
They even brought in a guy to help sand (who was using a folded up sheet of sand paper btw) and he said he was an electrician & readily admitted he didn't like to touch drywall! They announced they were finished, and the electrician left the bucket of joint compound for me because he knew the stair was going to need another entire skim due to the bubbles and lines. When the original guy- owners son I do believe- said he'd be doing the siding- I halted that. After my father contacted the office and was promised they'd have the "crew" here Monday or Tuesday, the owner shows up Wed. with the guy we specifically said we did not want working on this house. Guy even said he didn't do siding! Owner argued about what was said- and told me he would talk to my dad- I said- lets call him right now- which he said was unneccessary, but I insisted and he then said we can find someone else to do the job and left while I had my phone to my ear.

Contractor agreed to complete the work in 5 day, 7 at most. They were "done" in 13 days. I put done in quotation marks, because the finished product looks terrible. The service Solutions Residential and Commercial provided was internal house painting. They treated the job very unprofessionally, in fact, they didn't treat me, the house, or our belongings with respect. For example, one of the workers repeatedly ridiculed me, my house, and the color of paint. Also, they repeatedly cleaned their supplies in our kitchen sink, and we still have paint marks in our sink, after repeated cleanings. Furthermore, they didn't cover the furniture during the prepping, sanding, and painting process, and they got paint all over our bed linens and box spring. There is a section of a wall in a bathroom un-painted. I, myself, had to take off time from my own job, to help the contractors "finish" the work, in order for them to be "done" in 13 days. Not only did they not complete the job in the number of days they promised, they didn't even try. When I repeatedly discussed finishing the job by a certain date, I was told it would be done, however, they never worked more than 7 hours in a day, and the owner wouldn?t make them work on the weekends; even though, the first completion date promised was a Sunday. They provided an estimate - 7 days, 2 people, 8 hours. That is 112 hours. They completed the job in 120 hours. They do not care about any of the information I provide here - their lack of respect, paint in my kitchen sink, paint on my bed and linens, money I lost by spending my time working on my house - their job. So, when we discussed amount owed, they were unwilling to start the discussion based on the agreed upon contract, and then subtract the costs out of my pocket for the above listed issues. This was a terrible experience and continues to be, they have sent a letter requesting the full amount paid, or they will place a Mechanics Lien on the home
