The people that work at his particular Wachovia branch are friendly and the wait time inside the bank is never long. The drive-thru is convenient with multiple lanes, but there is usually only one person working all of the windows, so ther is a small wait when using this feature. This bank offers a wide variety of accounts to meet individual and family needs.
