I had a facial at Amore Pacific with Kristie!
She was amazing! I really felt that she cared about what I needed and attended to everything. My skin is smooth and radiant and I was not red at all.
The staff is great and I highly recommend the experience.

I treated myself to a 90 minute facial and it was the most unreal experience ever! My facialist was so attentive to all of my needs. I was treated like a princess for the time I was there.
The staff is friendly and helpful and they even invited me to stay and relax after my service. I was shocked since I am so used to being rushed in and out of spas.
I loved the service and the entire experience and recommend this 100%!

I might too generous to give 1 star for this review. I am not that person to write about bad review in my life, but I haven't felt this kind of upset feeling after any spa service before. I used to go a number of spas in the world, thus, my review could be helpful, hopefully.

First, some good points; the location is good, and interior was clean, which in my mind was a good thing.
So, why am I bothering to post an opinion? It is because I found that for the first time this spa did not live up to its standards; such as quality for value, staffs' rude attitude, and detail of service. I feel that they do not know how to work in appropriate manner.

I did not expect any special service in here. I just want to be out of stress.
Although, I understand everywhere has both sides (good / bad), I can't understand I got more stress after the spa, here.

I am new to NYC and have been to several spas since I've moved to Manhattan. I was looking for a home base. The Spa Manager Angela performed my service and it was unbelievably perfect!
I was taken in to a beautiful room decorated with flowers and soft music. I was able to address allof my skin concerns and lifestyle issues related to my skin. Angela performed the water facial on me to relax and calm me since my hectic move to NYC. She blended a masque just for me with Water Lilly and GreenTea.
She really cared about my needs and concerns right down to the preferences I had for my skin to the temperature of the room. She called me a few days later to follow up and check in on me which was really impressive.
I booked with her for the next few months to secure a space with her. The green tea they serve is great the facial massage was wonderful and my skin glowed when Ieft even though I needed a lot of cleaning.
I recommend this to anyone looking for personal attention and a caring hand.

I had the most amazing experience from start to finish. Angela was my Facialist and she was attentive to all of my needs. I have never had a person in New York City treat me like such a vip the way she did. The staff is warm and friendly and I am recommending this to all of my friends.

I have had many facials at top spas. This was one of the worst experiences. My skin was very red and sensitive. The esthetician was professional but the Spa Manager Angela is cold and on the rude side.
When asked about the line she was kind of short, not friendly with an air about her. I will not be going back.

I had the most amazing treatment at Amorepacific the other day. My facialist, Oni, was so knowledgeable and skill full - I was in great hands. The best part about Oni is that she gave me deluxe samples of the products to take home with me. I can't wait to go back!

Went in for a massage for my anniversary and don't know if it was because I was in a good mood but had the GREATEST massage ever! The masseuse was professional and friendly. I left there feeling 10x better then when I went in.

This was the most FABULOUS treatment I have ever had! I love that my skin was glowing and refreshed when I left. I felt like a new person. My skin is so sensitive and my esthetician was so caring to all of my needs and I was not at all red or blotchy. I really felt like the staff cared about me and my needs.

I have to agree with the previous review. I had a bad facial. My skin reacted very badly to the products and I broke out right away after my facial. I paid extra for an exfoliant that made my skin burn and then felt awful about my appearance. I found the massage weird, like something that I would have received in a boot leg massage joint in Chinatown. Never again!

I recently went to Amore Pacific for a facial. I was disappointed and unimpressed. My facialist, Oni, rushed through the treatment. Her hands were cold, the extractions were painful, and ineffectual, because when I got home, my face was just as clogged as ever. When I wasn't being continually bombarded about the superiority of "nano technology" chatter, I was being solicited to add treatment boosters, to raise the price of my initial service. I simply wanted to relax and get a decent facial. I will never go there again!
