Woodhouse Day Spa

Just warning for those who have gift certificates - be sure that the "new management" will honor them before you receive services. I was upfront about using a gift certificate that was more than a year old when I called to make the appointment and was told "it would be fine", even handed to the attendant as I walked in but was not told it was not usable until after the services and then charged for the services. They "graciously" gave me a 50% discount. I never would have received the services if at either point, when I called and told them about the gift certificate or when I arrive and handed the attendant the gift certificate as I walked in the door someone would have said that they do not honor gift certificates issued by the previous owner. So now I have paid 150% of the cost of the services.

I thought I would give this place a try after just moving to the area and reading the reviews. I was so impressed with how I was treated for just a half hour massage I thought they had me mistaken for someone with an all day package. There was no rush at all they were attentive to if I wanted any other beverages but not pushy and encouraging to try all the amenities in the changing room (which I did!) That steam room alone is worth the trip.

I was so happy with the service I got that day I immediately signed up for a package of massages and I look forward to many more such experiences

My husband and kids gave me a gift certificate for this spa at Mother's Day. I can't believe I didn't use it till now. The spa was the perfect place for me to let my hair down and relax. I have 4 kids and work part time. After leaving there I felt like I had been on a week's vacation. Matt gave me my massage, Joni my facial and Tammy my mani and pedi. They were all EXCELLENT and the spa was so beautiful. I will be asking for another gift certificate at Christmas and next Mother's Day. I can't say enough about this spa. Top notch!

I just visited this spa for the first time yesterday. I recieved a gift card for a 3 hour package. From the moment I walked in I felt like I had left Fort Wayne and was a princess for the day. I loved the quiet room! I could sit in there all day and relax to the beautiful music while sipping my green tea. My services were all outstanding. This is a special find in Fort Wayne, unlike anywhere I have ever visited. Thanks for providing someplace like this for me to come. I will recomend it to all my friends and family. Very affordable for all you get!

This is the perfect answer for anyone wanting the perfect message or facial treatment. Pricing is very reasonable & atmosphere is so relaxing. The hot stone message is my favorite, and I always request Cheri, she's the best! They also have a variety of packages if you are wanting to spend more time pampering yourself. This spa is a definite must!
