I would not recommend ordering anything from this company??s website. I was very disappointed with the customer service from this store and, as you can read in the timeline, I provided many opportunities for the company to improve the situation.

My child really needed a crib at the beginning of October when I ordered it. He has been waking up 3 times per night and I really think it is because he has outgrown his bassinet, is no longer comfortable and wakes every time he tries to change positions. The thought of waiting even longer for the crib I already ordered was too much. The history of customer service interactions with this company compounded by the current weather situation on that side of the country makes me fear that it will be 2.5 more weeks before we actually get the crib. As it stands I am already concerned that it will take a week for me to get my money back.

October 9th ?? I placed an online order for crib placed on Mega Babies website

October 10th ?? I was contacted by Simon at Mega Babies for a new credit card number because the credit card I used did not go through

October 15th ?? I call Mega Babies to find a tracking number for the crib. I left a message that was never returned.
October 22nd ?? I called Mega Babies again and spoke with Simon about the crib I had not yet received. That person quickly asked me what brand I had ordered and immediately told me the crib had shipped 3 day express that day. The entire exchange took 8 seconds so there is no way information about my purchase was actually looked up.

October 25th ?? Called and left a message again because the crib still had not arrived. No return call.
?Night of October 25th (8pm my time, 11pm in the time zone the Mega Babies store is in) I sent an email detailing the trouble I have had with my order and the frustration that I was feeling. I was immediately called by Simon and told not to be frustrated; he could not go into the office now but that he would find out in the morning what was going on with my order. He gave me his personal cell number and said to call if I need to.

October 26th ?? I did not receive a call from Mega Babies about my order so I called the cell phone number I was given. The phone went immediately to voice mail and I left a message. No return call.

October 27th ?? I again called the cell phone number to find out about my order and the phone went immediately to voice mail. I did not leave a message.
?Later in the day I called the cell phone again and this time it was answered. Simon told me it was 8pm and he could not do anything about it now. When I said I had spoken with him 2 days ago and he was supposed to find out about my order yesterday he said he forgot and to call him tomorrow morning at 10 and that this was his personal cell phone and he could not do anything at 8pm.

October 28th ?? A woman from the Mega Babies store called me about my order. She said she was told to call me about my order and asked me to provide her with the order number so she could look up the information and find out what happened. She said she would look up the information and call me once she found out what was going on.
?About an hour later she called me and said everything looked like it had been done correctly from their end. She would have to contact the manufacturer to find out more information which could not be done today because it was Sunday. She would contact them tomorrow or possibly Tuesday because of the large storm that is now in the area. I decide to simply get my money back. She confirms that I want to cancel my order.

I still have no idea what actually happened with the crib I ordered. It may have been an issue with the manufacturer. However, next to the problem that after everything I still do not have a crib the other, major issues are the length of time and effort on my part that it took to get someone at this store to pay attention to the problem with my order, the fact that I was lied to on the 22nd about the status of my order, and the general dismissive attitude that I was treated with throughout most interactions.

I have been to mega babies many times for my baby needs. They were EXTREMELY helpful. about the review before, I think u have a conscious about not being jewish. They are very nice to everyone that walks in. Again they are EXTREMELY helpful and their prices are very reasonable. They have a huge selection of strollers and carriages, cribs and furniture, baby toys, car seats, stroller liners and more!!

Mega babies is a very good baby furniture store. They sell all sorts of strollers cribs and other baby items. Their quality is very good and the prices are good. I bought my first stroller there ( a combi) and I got a great deal and it lasted a long time. The people there are knowledeable and very helpful. shop there with confidence.
